Reynolds Sprinkler Repair

Mark Reynolds is knows his business. He's always on time and fair in his pricing. He doesn't try to pad the bill with something that doesn't need repair. He's great at what he does and friendly to boot.

We were out of town when our neighbor called us to say they saw water spraying up against the house, he had tried to shut off the water but the valve was stuck and he did not have a wrench to close it. I called my brother who went over and he could not shut if off either. He was afraid he would break the valve so he shut the water off at the street. He said the valve was the one going to the drip system. I called a Reynolds Irrigation Repair service. They sent someone the same day – he told me the problem was with the valve coming from the street to the house – before the drip system and I needed a plumber. I called a plumber who came out and made the repairs to the plumbing but was not familiar with the drip system timer and could not reset it. Reynolds Irrigation Repair was able to come back and set the timer and get all of that running again. They went out of their way to be helpful and get everything up and running before our trees were under too much stress. By the time we got back home, everything was just a memory - except we were delighted with the service from Mark Reynolds at Reynolds Irrigation Service as well as the plumber for whom we have also left a great review - 24/7 Water Conditioning. I have not included the cost to Reynolds as I have not as yet gotten an invoice, however he did quote us a price before this whole thing started, which we felt was very fair.

I have been using Mark for a couple of years now. He is a one man operation and is so personable and always there when you need him. I don't know how to use the controls, so he comes periodically to check the system and heads to make sure they work properly. He is the nicest guy and does a great job on clocks, raintree systems, installs and uninstalls sprinklers, and works valley wide. He is an Irrigation Technician. He works out of his home so that is why I did not add his address and he does most of his work through calls and referrals. I have referred him to several neighbors and friends in the neighborhood. Mark does dedicated and reliable service on watering and irrigations systems. Highly recommend.
