I know him through my school because he's a parent of someone. He was great and it was really reasonable. It blew me away because it was about half the price of other people and they were awesome. He specializes in tree trimming. He was just very friendly like he's known me for a long time and he was very accommodating. He had an issue with something that happened with his schedule, so he was updating me. There was a problem and he had to come back another day, so even though it could've been miscommunication issue he kept me updated on the schedule and I appreciated that. I told him that I was flexible and wasn't going to hold it against him. Another thing I appreciated too was that he researched the job because I was asking him what I should do about this certain problem with this tree that he was trimming. He went home and was researching it because he didn't know exactly how to deal with this issue, which was not what I was paying him to do. He was trimming the branches and went to go research this fungus that was on the branches that he never seen before. He researched it and came up with suggestions, which was not really expected. He could've just trimmed the trees. I would definitely employ him again.
