I proudly work as a real estate agent for Resident, a boutique real estate agency located in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I specialize in representing buyers and sellers in luxury homes and enjoy private airport homes which is fueled by my passion for aviation and real estate. I have been actively engaged in real estate for myself since 2011. Since that time, I also had the opportunity to manage a 17,000acre grain farm in which I developed a wide array of skills that directly translate into real estate such as contracts, negotiations, leases etc. Furthermore, I have an extensive background in sales as I have personally bought and sold over 25-million dollars worth of new and used farm equipment during that time period. In 2020, I was able to negotiate and deliver a 30-million dollar land deal for a party close to me. This deal turned out to be the largest private land deal that involved no real estate agents in that state's history. I look forward to providing you the best buying or selling experience possible by applying the solid work ethic, negotiation skills, and attention to detail I developed in agriculture to your deal.
