Interview and walk-around went well. He described what they would do in detail, including spray wash house before painting, re-coat all stucco cracks, fill any stucco holes and blend to surrounding area, pull back rocks, repair foundation header as needed, etc.
Paint requested and used was Sherwin Williams Duration. He acquired 25-gallons of house paint, plus 4 gallons of trim (garage door and front door).
Work started, then stopped so crew could go to fix an issue with previous customer. Once started I monitored work and had to explain to painter that the paint had to be stirred. Numerous times the paint was separating and they just kept on spraying. During final walk-around, found a large area they missed and had to repaint.
In the end there was 14 gallons of house paint and 2.2 gallons of trim paint left. The paint is now sitting in my garage. Either he does not know how to estimate or hoped to keep the excess paint I paid for for his own use.
Stucco repair not as agreed. I specifically wanted attention paid to cracks around windows, which he said they always did. Not true...he later said the cracks were needed. Also, not true.
Since then, I have used the paint to re-do several areas that were not well covered and the previous paint was showing through.
I should have stopped the work but just wanted them out of my yard. No Ralph, the job was not done properly.

Jose and Michael showed up on the day they were expected and immediately got started doing prep work. They were both very pleasant and professional. They were extremely thorough and did not rush through the job. The job took about a week and a half to complete which is what we were told. Ralph, the owner kept in touch to make sure we were satisfied with the work, etc.
We will definitely use them for our future painting needs!

Ralph (owner) and his crew are very professional from start to finish. Price is very reasonable considering all the extra work they did. He used 2 different colors of top of the line paint called Evershield from Dunn Edwards on the whole exterior of our 2500 sf home, walls, doors, trim, garage and gates. The painters Jose and Sixto are the nicest guys, professional, patient and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well. Ralph did not ask for a downpayment. I paid him after the whole paint job was done and He also took his time to do the walk through with me and he made sure I was satisfied with the result before I made the payment. The house and walls look fantastic. I am a happy customer and I would definitely use them again in the future.
