Not sure where to start, first the company never calls ahead to let you know when they are going to arrive. We need to know when they are going to arrive because we need to make arrangements to be home. The first time they came to install the vinyl siding they did not have all the supplies needed to complete the job. The lead worker left and her helper stayed and started the job, he told us this was his first time doing a siding installation. The job took them 3 days. It looked good at first, then over the next couple of months the vinyl started sagging. I contacted Home Depot and they sent the company back out all they did was put in 5 decking screws in the center of the ceiling. Then the following Sunday morning I was siting on my patio enjoying a cup of coffee and the ceiling fan fell down. Luckily my husband saw it falling and I was able to get out of the way. It was hanging by the electrical wires. My husband got a ladder and removed the fan. Again I contacted Home Depot and they sent the company back out to put the fan back up. The company denied taking down the fan to install the vinyl siding. We saw them take it down to do the install. My husband decided to look at the whole job and determined that the whole ceiling was sagging. We contacted Home Depot customer service and they said they would contact the install manager with Home Depot and have this company come back again. They came again unannounced and was only going to put up the j channel in center of the ceiling to hold it up. My husband investigated the correct way to install the siding based on the manufacture specifications. The company said we don't follow that but we installed the way we think it should be. We still do not have a resolution, waiting for the company and the Home Depot rep to come back and possible redo the job. I would never hire this company.

They really wanted to help me and were concerned. They treated me like family rather than a customer.
