Larry called promptly regarding my job and gave me an estimate over the phone. Ryan came out to measure a couple days later, and installation was a few days after that. The final cost was actually less than the estimate, and we are so pleased with our new shower door. It looks amazing!!!

I called around to various glass companies to get a quote on a custom size glass shower door. Larry got right back to me with a price, which was the most reasonable of all the companies I called. When they came out to measure his man recommended some changes which enhanced the overall look of the shower door. The delivery and installation were right on time and I love it! I would highly recommend this company for custom shower doors. Larry is great!

I haven't hired them yet, but I will be once we close on the house. I had 2 other professionals come out to inspect dual pain Windows on a house we're buying that obviously have lost their seals. Redbird found 3 more Windows that needed replaced and still quoted $100 cheaper. The gentleman that came out was quick and efficient and showed me the dried condensation marks on the insides of the Windows that were missed. It was important when negotiating the price of the home.

I had Red Bird Glass come out and replace my patio door window. I called a few places and as they gave me the run around i decided to look on home adviser. I saw Red Bird had excellent reviews and decided to contact them for a quote. The price was reasonable and decided to hire them. It was a two day process. The first day process was to measure the glass that would go into the patio door. Then it would get ordered from the manufacturer. A week later came the install. Red Bird came to my house first thing in the morning to do the install as I had requested. The window got installed in the patio door and i was called over to pay the remaining balance. Upon inspection of the work, I saw that the work was not looking the way it supposed to look. The Vinyl that goes around the patio door was not properly installed and was sticking out unevenly through out the entire outside perimeter of the window. When I asked the guy why it looked that way I was told that the patio door was too old among other things. After trying to hammer it in and some back and fourth as to why it wasn't gonna fit, he finally said " I guess i could do it all over again". I replied that I would like that. It seemed as if he got upset and preceded to do it all over again. I was disappointed with the initial work, the non existent attention to detail and customer service. The second time around the work performed was much more acceptable.

They did a great job fixing my shower door

Called and left a voicemail requesting a call back regarding fixing my glass shower doors. I received a call back in 15 minutes asking for details of my requested repair. Spoke to person on the phone and he informed me that he had a man in the are who could be there in 30 minutes. 5 minutes after end of call, a repairman called me to confirm my address and availability said he could be there in 15 minutes. He showed up 10 minutes later. He fixed my glass doors in 15 minutes. From initial call to completed service was under one hour! Oh yeah...I forgot to mention this was on the morning of Dec. 31st (New Year's Eve!) Best service I ever got and at a really reasonable price. Highly recommend Red Bird Glass. Thanks you guys!

Very helpful in reviving my mom's shower door without having to replace as we ready her home to sell on her behalf. Looked great after he finished. Yes, I would use again.
