Ryan was one of three glass company referrals provided by Home Advisors for the removal & replacement of a stationary dual pane clear glass kitchen window shattered by a monsoon storm. He was prompt for a scheduled appt. to measure the window and phoned in advance regarding ETA. He was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, professional and offered the most reasonable quote of three, which required 50% down payment and approx. four business for manufacture of the window. The window was ready for installation in three business days. He arrived early for scheduled appt. and despite the challenge of the existing window frame being out of square Ryan's expertise facilitated the installation without complications; I would both recommend and use Red Bird Glass again.
