Ray Hale Floor Installation

I called Ray Hale Flooring for a quote to install laminate flooring in my condo in Santa Barbara (I was expecting to leave a voicemail as it is a sunday so on a positive note, he did answer on a sunday), but I was shocked at his rude, increasingly aggressive demeanor. When I inquired about his process for the job I was proposing, he accused me of trying to get information out of him to do it myself. Although I can not speak to the quality of his work, I would never give someone with such terrible, unfriendly customer service my business. I cannot imagine what it would be like to actually work with this person.
