Randy listed our home when we became empty nesters and wanted to downsize. By taking his advice
we sold the home in record time. We were extremely picky buyers and he emailed us listings to consider every
day. He took a lot of time with us showing us everything we were interested in and never tried to "hard sell" us.
He very "matter of factly" gave us pros and cons & never any pressure.
He respected that since I had experience in the business from many years back we were pretty savvy buyers,
but still his advice was very valuable.
