+ -1 moreRandy listed our home when we became empty nesters and wanted to downsize. By taking his advice we sold the home in record time. We were extremely picky buyers and he emailed us listings to consider every day. He took a lot of time with us showing us everything we were interested in and never tried to "hard sell" us. He very "matter of factly" gave us pros and cons & never any pressure. He respected that since I had experience in the business from many years back we were pretty savvy buyers, but still his advice was very valuable.
Description of Work: Randy is by far the most ethical fiduciary type Realtor with whom I've ever dealt. Having been in the field myself many years ago I had seen all types good and bad. Randy is the very best! He helped us sell our home when we were ready to downsize & by taking his advice we got more than we imagined. He helped us buy our new home as well as transfer investment funds into a rental property. He always had our best interest above his own! I was so impressed that now he's expanding his business I joined his team & re-activated my real estate license. That's because I can only treat people the way I'd like to be treated!
