THEY DO OK WORK. THEY COME REGULARLY, ARE ON TIME AND RESPONSIVE. WE FEEL THAT THEY ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE AND ARE NOT COMPLETELY SOLD ON THE ADVANTAGES OF HAVING A SOLAR WATER HEATER.
Description of Work: REPLACED OUR SOLAR HOT WATER HEATER AND NOW COMES FOR MAINTENANCE.

I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN IF WE EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR NEW SOLAR PANELS. THE OWNER CONDUCTED HIMSELF WITH PROFESSIONALISM AND COMMUNICATED EVERYTHING TO ME IN SIMPLE WORDS, SO I COULD UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS. HE WAS VERY GOOD AT GIVING ME THE EXACT TIME AND COST OF THIS JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED, AND HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO FOLLOW-UP WITH A CALL TO MY HUSBAND, TO EXPLAIN TO HIM WHAT HE DID AND IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE, FOR US NOT TO HESITATE TO CALL HIM DIRECTLY. VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND INSTALLED (2) 4' X 8' PANELS & REPLACED PUMP ON 2-STORY HOME.
