The original job was going to take two or three weeks and it has taken them 1 year to come and get the problems fix. The problems are still not resolved. We had very bad problems with this company. They have terrible customer service, they are rude on the phone, we had to have the company reps come out to talk to us. They took 35 grand from us before they started working and they still have not finished the work. We have endless problems with them and they were very unprofessional, they were rude to us in person. We would have got a lawyer if we didn't want to use more money. They kept subcontracting our house out to different companies. I got day labor work for Cadillac prices. I still have not received a guarantee. I paid seven grand for the paint to be put on the house and I still have not got my life time guarantee. Please don't ever use this company. It was nightmare, if you care about money or your house then please don't use this company.

They did a great job from the design to the cabinets to the counter tops. They were extremely prompt and showed up every day at 7:55 to get started. They even finished early and had to wait for the counter tops to be finished to come back and get the job done. They were very impressive.
