I called them and one person called back, but he thought I was someone else. He left a message something about the job that he did and that we owed him $125. I called him back to say that he got us mixed up with someone else and I left a message saying that I wanted a quote for a new job. I called him one more time, but he never called back. I guess he was not interested in the business. I felt he was very disorganized. I will not contact him in the future.

Everything went well. He was less expensive than the other estimates I received, and he was very flexible with regards to my schedule. It was a great experience overall.

Very pleased with work. Bob was very nice, professional and someone you feel comfortable with in your home. Completed job in a little over 1 day. Would use him again if needed.

The project went wonderfully. Qwik Fix came and gave me suggestions. They found a way to make it work well with the room and the new TV. The got it finished, and came back to sand the next day. I couldn't be happier.

This company wowed us! Roger knew we were on a tight timeline - in town for only a few days to fix up our newly purchased condominium in Sun City. We had contacted hin prior to arriving in town, and he arrived promptly at the arranged time to give us a written estimate. He had his crew ready to begin work that afternoon. Roger's crew scraped the ceilings of two bedrooms, living, and dining rooms and removed a wall to open up our kitchen to the living area. He also did several smaller jobs that we decided to have done at the same time. In the process, he ran into various issues, but managed to work through them all without going over his original estimated price. He estimated the work would take about 3-4 days, and it ended up taking about 6 days. At times we worked alongside Roger's crew as we replaced lighting, moved some outlets, installed a fan, and painted. We also had carpet installers working in the bedrooms. Our furniture was due to arrive the same week, and Roger made sure the ceilings in the bedrooms were finished first so we could begin moving our furniture in. I'm sure we were in the way, but Roger and his crew were very patient and managed to work around us while waiting for us to finish our projects and even helped us out by lending tools as well as giving expert advice and suggestions.

I called Qwik Fix, and got a ballpark estimate for the work I need done. It was a relatively small job, and they had a minimum charge. I wasn't crazy about having to pay a minimum charge for a relatively small repair job, but I don't believe this practice is uncommon in the industry. I wanted to get my repair done quickly, and a contractor came out the same day I called, which was awesome. The contractor was timely and professional. The work was over a billiard table. I had a cover on the billiard table, but the contractor covered the whole area with plastic. There wasn't any mess when he was done.

They did a very good job, they were professional. My only problem was when I first contacted them I could not get in touch with them. The work they did was excellent, I would recommend them to others.

Roger was on time for the estimate, and he and his crew were there when he said they would be. We are extremely pleased with the work they did. They were polite, helpful and professional. The drywall on the walls and ceilings done by the previous owner had a "lumps and clumps" finish and took 4 coats to repair, and they matched all new work to the surface on the other walls in our house. They covered floors, cabinets and some furniture that could not be moved to protect it, and removed the protective plastic and cleaned up the kitchen at the end of each workday so we would be able to use the room.

The man who came was excellent. He did a very nice job. The work was done right the first time and the price was also quite reasonable. They made sure to clean up any mess that they made.

I chose this company because of Angie's List. The project started great with a quick estimate and good communication, but that was soon to be overshadowed by mis-communications and a missed walk through appointment. I believe the main issue is a lack of communication between father and son, both named Roger. The appointment was missed and numerous phone calls were left unanswered. Finally, the project started on time and the work was completed beautifully. Issues were a piece of gym equipment with a broken caster, which they paid for, trash left in front of my home, which the HOA cited us for, a broken dryer gas line, very dangerous, and drywall dust and broken pieces everywhere. Loves the work, disliked the lack of clean-up. A neighbor states that the first worker spent more time on the phone than on the project. The company needs to monitor their employees and the overall job site.

Roger gave an estimate on 4/09/2007. I told him that I needed the work done by 4/21/2007 as I was leaving Arizona shortly after. He said that he would get it done by April 20th, at the latest. On April 13, I talked to him and he said that he was going to try and start earlier. On April 16 and 17, I left three messages asking how the schedule looked. He did not return calls! On Wednesday April 18th, the day that he was going to start the project he did not show up. Again I called him, no return call. At this point of time, it is too late to get someone else to do the job before I leave the state. Truly a bad experience dealing with this company, the worst in 40 plus years working with various contractors!

Roger's son did the work (Roger Jr., I guess) and was very professional, thorough, and able to match the orange-peel texture PERFECTLY. A+++ !

Very well. They responded in less than 24 hours, were prompt and finished the work in less than hour.

I called and left a message, saying I had a small job, then worried that I might not hear back from them because I said it was small. Roger called me the next day at lunch time and apologized for not calling sooner! We set a time for someone to look at it the next day, but Kip had to call and tell me he was in another part of town. We reset appointment for Sat. and he was here promptly. My husband commented afterward that he would have built it up with wood behind a couple of the larger spots, not just used netting. But I was happy, I had been waiting for years for my husband to do these tasks and now I got them done as soon as I agreed to the price. The texture looks great. I found the original paint for the family room wall and you can't even tell where the new texture begins.

Called Qwik Fix on 11/7/06 to arrange for an estimate for some drywall work in my home. Was told that someone would come out on Tues, 11/14 at 9:00 am. When no one had showed up by 9:30 am, I called and left a message and asked I be contacted re: if they were coming or not. When I hadn't received a call by noon, I called back and explained what was going on to the employee who answered. I was told that the supervisor would call me back. Nobody ever called back. I consider this to be very unprofessional and would not consider using this company in the future.

Roger and Cesar were prompt, pleasant and did a great job on the ceilings. My only quibble was rushed cleanup on the second day.

The initial agreed upon start date was not met and we were not informed (this was a failure on the part of the secretary/reception person). We were also told by Roger Jr. that we would not have to move certain pieces of furniture, but the two workers who showed up said otherwise. This involved our unloading a china cabinet, which was not an easy task. Popcorn was removed dry rather than being sprayed with water (their choice), which created quite a bit of dust in other parts of the house. Other than a somewhat shaky beginning and some misinformation, the work was very well done.

They were very professional, on time, and the workmanship was excellent!

Great. They came out the next day at the specified meeting time and gave me an estimate. The price was reasonable and the workman showed up on time both days and took exactly the amount of time they said it would take. They cleaned up after themselves very nicely and the quality of their work was outstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Not only did Qwik Fix handle both these problems in under an hour, they stopped by the house the day I mentioned the situation to them (They had been working on another house that morning). They did this job on their lunch break. Their flexibility and helpful attitude were amazing. I hadn't been able to find anyone else to do the job for another 3 weeks! They are amazing, and I'll happily recommend them to everyone I know.

Showed up promptly and as promised for both the work and the estimate. Work was completed quickly and without any mess left behind.

Roger was excellent. He showed up on time for the quote. He provided a timely, reasonable quote and when work could be done. His workers showed up on time and completed the work efficiently and expertly. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and great follow-through. I would highly recommend.
