Queen of Maids were very professional from A+ communications from scheduling, to receiving a courtesy call that they were on their way. The service was excellent and the 2 person crew did a fantastic job. I would definitely hire again because their work is top-notch, good pricing, punctuality and excellent communication. I would recommend to family.

I get my house cleaned every couple of months. It was very easy to schedule the appointment using their website. I was actually able to get the next day. They showed up on time. Went right to work and did a very thorough cleaning. Very satisfied.

While I was not there when the service was performed, I did check out their work the following day. It was just as I expected, everything from floor to ceiling was cleaned. They did a great job at a great price. I even received a follow up call to make sure that their service met my expectations. Excellent job, Thank you

I think it went fine. I think they came in September. They did fine. I had another company come in and they were more efficient. The price was fine. They were a little late.

Excellent services; house was immaculate and we were very pleased with the transition from booking, emailing, payment, to services rendered. Would use again and again and definitely recommend to all to utilize Queen of Maids for house-cleaning services.

We think the cleaning was done well. However there was a bleached footprint in the master bedroom coming out of the bathroom. We were very concerned by this and how the company would react. They were absolutely professional and took care of the problem by hiring a 3rd party carpet repair company to come and have the repair done right. We were pleased with the outcome. I wish I could have given all A's but the bleached footprint was disappointing.

Everything went really well, and I am very pleased. I have had other cleaners and they have done the best job of anyone I have ever had.

They showed up on time, cleaned the place from top to bottom, and charged exactly what they estimated. I've used them before. They are by far the best! It was really easy to schedule online!

I had Queen of Maids come out to my house and I was kind of semi-happy with them. They knew that my house hadn't been cleaned in a while because of disabilities. The ladies that came out, I found that there were places that they didn't dust. They didn't actually vacuum the floor with the vacuum cleaner and they used the end of the hose and it kind of messed across the floor. I talked to the owners about it and nothing seems to be forthcoming as far as when I told them that I wasn't satisfied and I thought that it was strange. I didn't call them back and tell them anything else. They didn't do my fan. They were adequate and that was it, nothing special, nothing great. I wouldn’t have them back. I wouldn't say that it was the worst I have had but I definitely wouldn't say that it is the best, so mediocre. They came highly recommended and I was surprised. The young lady that I was going to book another appointment with and then I told them that I would like to try something new and that would have cost me $115 and they said that they can spend as much time there. Overall I was not that happy and so I cancelled the appointment because they were going to charge me. I thought that the windows were going to be cleaned and when I mentioned that they said 'they don't clean the windows, you pay extra for that' so now I pay my daughter the money and she is happy, I am happy and I know that she is not going to steal from me like a couple of other places that I have had and I am contended. They didn't completely clean my house. I checked around several places and I thought that I was going to get a better job for the $99 and they were a little high and then they gave me the excuse for the next time that they can do all this stuff but it is going to cost to clean the windows so I would say the price was a little bit excessive, it would have been way too high for the first time they cleaned it. When I called them they made up excuses, he was a little amazed that they used only the hose to vacuum and I was there and when I told him that the vacuum was broken or something and I didn't understand what they did say and I thought that that was strange and when I told that to the owner he thought that it was strange but he says the floor looks clean but I had already moped them so what can I say. Their responses were not very good for my complaints. They were here, they were punctual, they were very early. They were nice but I think that one of them didn't speak English very well and I didn't realize that until I had explained something to her and then I realized that it wasn't done. I had a little bit of trouble but the other one spoke English fine. I didn't tell the boss on the phone as she was here and I didn't appreciate that. The fact that they used the hose took up cleaning time and I just didn't understand that.

At the last minute the cleaner we had scheduled was unable to make it. I had to find someone to clean our house the same day because we were moving into our new house the next day. They provided excellent customer service and somehow were able to get us on the schedule even though it was so last minute. They came and cleaned and sanitized so that our house was move in ready. I was really grateful and impressed. Great job. Saved the day!

Queen of Maids is awesome! We had grown dissatisfied with our previous house cleaners because they never showed up when regularly scheduled. That may not be a big deal for many people, but for us, it was a huge inconvenience because of how often we travel and what a pain it was to coordinate with our house/pet sitters changes in this schedule. Or even worse...when they just showed up unexpected. Since switching to Queen of Maids the experience has been super smooth 100% of the time. They email you a reminder in advance of when they are coming. They even called me last time because they could make it 30 minutes earlier but didn't want to stop by early if that wasn't ok. Amazing! If you want a house cleaning service that just "works" without a lot of management or headache, they're for you.

The cleaning crew was punctual and provided the cleaning service asked for. They were very professional . I would recommend them again.

The cleaners did a good job

The workers were good. They cleaned my home, 2900sq. ft,, and did it in 2 hours, as paid for. My disappointment was with the management on the phone. I was told I would need to pay more money for the cleaning I wanted for my home, nobody wanted to come evaluate the home, but assumed I would need more hours than paid for to do the job. My request was for a clean home. After talking with a woman on the phone and getting final details, the male manager called me back, said he was listening to the conversation, and felt I would need to pay more money, and wanted my credit card for potential charges. I did not give it to him, and told him I just wanted the 2 hours paid for. The home was clean, the workers delightful,and said it only needed 2 hours, and every 4 weeks would be enough. I feel the managers/owners are money hungry ,and I'm not sure I would call them again. I'll keep looking for a more honest company. ,

Cleaners arrived timely and dispatcher was very helpful in coordinating arrival. Cleaners were very thorough, diligent and took direction well.

This review was going to be completely negative with low ratings if it weren't for the fact that Queen of Maids took a strong stance for customer service. I originally scheduled a cleaning on August 14, 2015. The first crew that came in did NOT do a good job. I have to be honest and state that I've definitely had worse cleaning sessions. But at the end of the day I was not happy with the quality of work they provided. A few ceiling fans were not cleaned, top of fridge was not touched, windows weren't cleaned, etc. I called the company and complained about the service. I received a call from the owner a day or so later. I have to say I respected the fact that he did not try to make any excuses for the poor quality work. His main interest was making it right. I listed the items that I found to be a problem and even invited him to the house to see for himself. He apologized, sent another crew out, and they made everything right. I've gone through many house cleaning companies. Mostly because we found a good worker and she bounced between a few cleaning companies. Anytime that I've ever had issues with a cleaning team, I've always had to fight and argue with the company to do a proper cleaning. It was refreshing for Queen of Maids to own up to an issue and fix it without a fight.

They were fine. Not particularly friendly but on time and did a decent job. Unfortunately, they couldn't finish my house in time purchased - I did know this was a possibility when I purchased the coupon for 6 hrs of cleaning. Cost every 2 weeks to do my entire house would be too much so I won't be using them again.

They did good work. They were professional and courteous. No problems and I would definitely hire this company again.

They did a great job!!!! I would use them again but... For regular customers they charge $35.00 more a visit. At $70.00 more a month bi-weekly which puts me at $170.00 that's just too much!

I've been using this company for the past few months and I'm super happy with them! Lana and Victoria do an excellent job each and every time they visit. The one time I had a minor issue, the company was very responsive and immediately worked to rectify the situation. As a home services provider myself, and a former operator of a house cleaning service, my standards are really high… this company has impressed me tremendously!

We were not happy with the housecleaning service we had been using for several years and decided to try a new provider. I found Queen of Maids on Angie's List and their great reviews led me to try them out with a one time deep cleaning. Scheduling with them was awesome - they responded right away, had lots of options, and I love that they send an email reminder the day before they come. They arrived right on time and spoke English, so we could have a conversation about our needs and concerns. The deep cleaning was great, they followed up with us afterwards to hear how they did, and I was so impressed we decided to hire them for regular monthly cleaning. We've had our first regular cleaning and the experience was just as good.

It went well. I use this company frequently. Working with the schedulers and the owner is great because they speak English. Not all of the cleaners I have speak fluent English but all have been very nice and done a good job.
