The customer called us with regard to her cleaning the following business day. We were apologetic about the team missing the vanity cupboard in the bathroom during her cleaning. From the conversation we had with the customer, there were no other issues with the cleaning other than the missed vanity. We were happy to work to resolve the issue of the missed vanity. It does not happen often, but on occasion a team might have accidentally overlooked an area during a cleaning. If there is any such issue with an appointment, we happily offer to send a different team out to resolve any issues or things that might have been missed. In this customer's case, she mentioned that the vanity was vacuumed out by a flooring company that was there later that day. Given that we could not resolve the issue as there was nothing left correct, we offered an additional 10% discount (in addition to the Angie's List Member discount) to try and compensate for the missed vanity. The customer seemed to be satisfied with this resolution during our conversation. We take quality seriously and strive for perfection. If a mistake is ever made or something is missed during a cleaning, we always work to resolve it to the customer’s complete satisfaction. In this case we felt the additional 10% discount was appropriate for the missed vanity cabinet, given that everything else was completed well for the cleaning.
