Description of Work: Two bathrooms, vanity, kitchen w/ microwave, vacuumed traffic area, mopped floors, some dusting. Took 1 1/2 of 2 hours allowed. I have used them before and had two Russian or Ukrainian women who did such a great job that this time it was noticeably inferior, tho still generally a good job. There was still soap scum in shower, bathroom floor was not totally clean along baseboards, and the hardwood floors did not seem as clean.

This review comes from a customer that purchased a cleaning of "2 cleaners for 2 hours" for $109 with the intent to have his 3,100 square foot home cleaned. A house that size takes, on average, about 3 to 4 hours with 2 cleaners, depending on the condition of the home. We explained to the customer that due to its size the entire house would likely not be cleaned in the amount of time they wanted. The customer expressed they he and his wife understood and they did not want to have the appointment go past 2 hours, irregardless of how much the team was able to complete. As expected and warned, the cleaners were unable to get through the whole house (due to its size) and the customer did not want to add any extra time to their appointment. We take quality seriously and strive for perfection. If a mistake is ever made or something is missed during a customer's cleaning, Queen of Maids works to resolve it to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
