This customer purchased a cleaning that included 2 cleaners for two hours. This cleaning took place on October 12, 2015. The team arrived on time and ready to go. We explain to all customers to note that if they purchase only a specific amount of time, it might not be enough time to complete a full cleaning of the home, depending on a variety of factors including the size and condition of the home. The team completed the cleaning of 2 hours. We called the customer the next day to do a follow up call. She answered the phone and said that she could not talk, but that everything went okay. She shared no other details with us and ended the conversation. Two weeks later she called our office to explain that she was not happy with her cleaning and listed a few things that she was not happy with. If there were any issues from the cleaning, the customer did not detail them to us when we called her next day after her cleaning. Furthermore, it is difficult to resolve a customer issue when we are initially told that everything is okay and then two weeks later they call to complain.
