On the first visit they arrived 50 minutes after their 30 minute slot ended and on the second visit they were again late - maybe third time would be lucky but I'm not trying again!
They show up in a battered vehicle with no Queen of Maids signage - the guard at my community actually called to see if he really should let them in as they didn't look like professionals. The standard of cleaning over two visits was average, with not all carpets vacuumed, some bathroom surfaces not cleaned and sofas not arranged.
While the owner has been proactive in reaching out to me, and I imagine their 200% guarantee would ensure a follow up visit, I don't have another day to waste on simple things that should be done right the first time!
"This customer review is accurate. The team showed up late for both appointments and only provided an "okay" service. We have since stopped working with the cleaners that completed this customer's cleanings. We search for and only work with the best cleaners. If a cleaner's customer reviews ever drop below "great!" we quickly stop working with that individual. As the owner, I never want a cleaner's mistakes to fall on the shoulders of a customer. In this case I tried calling the customer several times and contacting him via email, but I did not receive a response. It is difficult to work to make things right when a customer in unresponsive. We take quality seriously and strive for perfection. If a mistake is ever made or something is missed during a customer's cleaning, Queen of Maids works to resolve it to the customer’s complete satisfaction. We are never satisfied until our customers are happy."
"This customer scheduled one cleaning in the beginning of September. After the service was completed the customer said that the cleaning was "Great!". We are currently trying to follow up with this customer to inquire about this rating, which conflicts with the great feedback they gave for their service two months ago. If this customer really was unhappy with their cleaning, they could have contacted us about their concerns by phone, email, or online chat. We take pride in offering the best customer service around, but it is impossible to resolve a customer's concerns if they do not contact us about those concerns. UPDATE: They provider sent a second cleaning crew out at no charge. It was great. They were extremely responsive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
"I believe this review was a result of confusion during the conversations we had with customer. The customer provided feedback that some of the cupboards were not wiped out during her cleaning. We promptly responded and offered to have a different team come back at no charge to take care of the missed cupboards, however, the customer's schedule was very busy and as a result we couldn't find a time to get another team in there based on her schedule. During our follow up conversations with the customer, she mentioned that she would like to schedule a future cleaning and asked if she could instead have a discounted price for a future cleaning. I was happy to offer the regular discounted price to the customer and an additional discount because the customer said some of the cupboards were missed during her first cleaning. However, I did not communicate thoroughly that the additional discount could be applied to the future cleaning. The customer thought she was only going to get the regular Angie's List discount and not an additional discount for the first appointment. After that conversation, we were waiting to hear back from the customer for when she was ready to reschedule her next cleaning. At the time of this review, we had not yet received a phone call from the customer to set up another appointment. We have since contacted the customer and clarified that we originally intended and always intend to make things right for a customer. We are in the process of getting things set straight for the customer. We take pride in offering the best customer service around.
