Queen of Maids

They left the area pretty clean. I think the bathrooms were spot on clean.

We used them several years ago for a rental property we had. The owner came himself to help clean. They did an excellent job. So now I knew someone at church who is moving and I got them a gift certificate for them to help with their cleaning because I was so happy with Queen of Maids previously.

Ina and Tatiana were right on time, very professional and friendly, and they did an amazing job. The attention to detail was great, and the areas where I asked for a little extra focus were sparking clean.

Used twice now. Both times, prompt, courteous, professional, efficient and thorough.

They came on time and got some cleaning done.

They each started on different ends of the house and finished up in the middle right on time.

They were very prompt, pleasant, thorough and efficient. They arrived on time and did more than I had expected them to do. They were a good team.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've used Queen of Maids, and today was the best yet. The two women who came arrived on time (actually about 10 min early), spoke excellent English, were incredibly friendly, and did a great and very thorough job. I'm extremely pleased and will hire again!

Poor job cleaning. I have to partially blame my Brother-in-law. he was supposed to supervise the cleaning and obviously he did not watch what they were doing or checked the finished work.

Cleaners arrived during the time-frame given, and worked hard, quickly, and very efficiently. It took less than 4 hours to complete the job, which was done very well.

The house was ok, it wasn't like sparkling clean. It was a good price, but they weren't speedy so they didn't get a whole lot done in the time that they were here. They focused on things like cleaning the cabinet doors in the kitchen rather than some of the other things like the toilets. I feel like they just maybe didn't have their focus. And that is probably my fault I should have probably said to forger the kitchen cabinets and let's do other things. I wasn't watching them like I should have been. They were good and very nice. They were a young couple and they were very nice. When I came in and said they forgot something they were good to go do it. The price was good and they were there on time. If I used them again I would have to be in the room with them saying I don't care about that, let's move. I am getting the house cleaned next week and I did not hire them because I didn't feel like I didn't get quite what I was hoping for.

We use them all the time. They are a great company. Trustworthy and do a good job. I've been using them for awhile. They are professional and do a good job. Punctual. I trust the people they send.

Riley did a very nice job of cleaning the kitchen, the tile floors, window blinds and rugs. However his helper did not complete very much of the cleaning she was suppose to complete such as clean all bathrooms, bedroom, dust baseboards, etc. So another Queen of Maids employee had to come over and spend another hour or so doing the cleaning that was missed and she said she would need to come over again to completely finish what should have been done originally.

First lady was on time, second lady was late.

One worker was very good and he cleaned the first floor of my house. The other one was supposed to clean my second floor. She had NO idea how to clean anything in a house which is hard to imagine why she would choose to do this type of work. She had to use my vacuum because she said she broke hers. She only had paper towels to clean everything so nothing was really scrubbed and cleaned. After they left I noticed my huge master bathroom mirror was no longer hanging parallel to the lights, and one of the bottom mirror holders was broken causing it to tilt down on one side. After I called and spoke to the manager of the company about the issues they did send another cleaning lady out to finish what was not cleaned by the other young lady. The second cleaning lady they sent out told me there was so much that the first cleaning lady had not done that it was going to take her a very long time to finish cleaning everything that was supposed to be cleaned according to their advertisement on their coupon, The second cleaning lady did an excellent job. However I spent my entire day dealing with everything.

There were two on this team, a young women and a guy. Amazingly the guy was much more experienced in how to clean and he did a great job cleaning the first floor of my home. The women was completely inept at doing even the simplest tasks. She broke her vacuum and had to use mine. She was told not to clean or go into one of the bedrooms and then when I checked she was in there vacuuming it. She did not have any of the common & appropriate cleaning supplies and used only paper towels to wipe down the counter tops, sinks and the bath tubs. The company had a defined list of tasks that would be completed at the price I paid for a 2000 sq ft home and this women completed only 1/5 of those tasks in the 3hrs she was working. The company had to send second cleaning women to finish all the undone tasks and that women was very disgusted with the work that was not completed by first women as well as the poor quality of the "cleaning".

They did a great job, hired for monthly service.

Easy to book, cleaners were prompt and professional.

Work was ok but did not move anything. Only dusted around lamps and Decor. Leaving the house with lots of missed areas.

It turned out good. I was really happy with them. They only thing they could of done better is clean my shower better.

They were wonderful, on time, friendly and professional. They got everything done on my list and then some! Will be using them regularly.

These guys were excellent! Attention to detail, punctual, and pleasant to boot. Will definitely be calling them again just for routine cleaning.

After the party, a few people commented to me that they noticed how clean our house and baseboards were.

They did a great job. Thorough, I would recommend them.
