It was good and they did a great job. They sent out 2 people to do the cleaning. The scheduling was perfect and they showed up on time. I would use them again.

She was perfect and I was really pleased with her. I would use them again in the future. The cost was reasonable. There were two people out doing the cleaning. The scheduling was perfect, and they even apologized for being two minutes late. They were good. They were punctual and professional.

It was great. They were at the apartment for 3 hours. The whole time they kept me informed about what they were doing, and how much time they anticipated. They showed me along the way how they were progressing, and making sure it was to my satisfaction. They were professional and I would definitely recommend them. They also came with all their own supplies and everything smelled clean. They did a great job with the cleaning. They came right on time and called me before they arrived.

I thought they were very good. They worked with me and did what I asked them to do. They did a great job. They were flexible and I really appreciated that. The scheduling was great and very convenient. They sent out a team of two to do the cleaning.

The house is a rental and the tenants did not clean when they left. The house was a mess and Queen of Maids workers came in and cleaned it completely. I was very happy with their service and would highly recomended them.

For the most part they did excellent. They were prompt, friendly, very helpful, efficient and I thought thorough. I requested add on services for widows and inside cabinets. One whole cabinet was missed which I didn't discover until the day after my moving truck came and I started putting things away. That is the reason I rated them a B instead of an A. I wish there was an A- rating available for overall! Yet they went above and beyond and helped me empty the cabinets onto the counter so I could sort and pack dishes for Goodwill. In the future, I would be very explicit with the booking agent and explain exactly what I want done. Example~"I want my cupboards washed inside and out and there are still dishes in them" so the services can be explained and priced and there are no surprises. I would use this crew again. In fact, if I choose to go with regular services I would have no problem requesting them. I would just make sure that all work was done and nothing missed before they left.

We had a rental house that was not in great condition. We found out there was dog pee from a renter and it was on the walls and baseboards. Jason the owner was having two people coming over to do the work and one of them was not able to show up. Jason came over due to this and he was on his hands and knees doing the work. He brought a blacklight as well to see the stains. My daughter in law has used them for cleaning her house and she was happy as well. Jason really went above and beyond for the work that he provided.

They are very friendly and do a great job. I am laid up so they even asked if there was anything else they could do for me while they were here.

The team worked steadily throughout the time the were here. They were pleasant and professional. We would use them again.

The service was wonderful, from both the administration and the the crew that cleaned my home. I have recommended them to family and will be signing up for monthly service as a result of this positive experience. Well worth the time and money. Pros - Trustworthy. The two member crew consisted of Marilynne and Jose and they were fantastic. (Not positive on the spelling, but regardless will be asking for them again and without concern for having them in my home while I am away). - Thorough. Everything that was suppose to be cleaned, was. Dust, dirt, grime, all the things you don't want to deal with - they cleaned up as if it was new. - Ease. Everything was scheduled online, the pricing was straightforward. - Prompt. The crew showed up on time, happy to be there. The administration answered all of my questions very timely. Cons-ish - It took several hours for them to clean my home, but I am sure this is because its the first time we had our home professionally cleaned... and it was pretty bad. Knowing the type of individuals that work for this organization though, I plan on having them let themselves in so the time will be a non-issue.

Queen of Maids is great in terms of setting up appointments, flexibility of scheduling, punctuality, and follow-up. But I was very disappointed by the actual cleaning, since I expected a deep-cleaning to be thorough, so that I would not have to do any cleaning after I moved in. Very little was actually cleaned. Kitchen cabinets, window sills, and ceiling fans were left extremely dusty, kitchen appliances and the refrigerator were not really cleaned, and bathroom cabinets were also not completely wiped. My girlfriend and I eventually had to spend a lot of time doing the deep cleaning ourselves, and it was incredible how much dirt and grime we wiped up. It seems they only wiped countertops and mopped/vacuumed the floors. Maybe my expectations were too high. I could have saved $309, since we had to eventually do all the cleaning ourselves. I was going to seriously send them a long complaint e-mail, but was too tired to do so. I was looking for another cleaning service on Angie's List and was very surprised others have had a great experience with them.

They were puntual, courteous and very conscientious and hardworking. They didn't rest for a moment! I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I think their job would be easier if they used Mr. Clean Magic pads as they wouldn't have to scrub as hard as they did using soap and water.

I called Queen of Maids in desperation: Renters left a house we own in very poor condition. My husband fixed broken items while the team he described as friendly and easy to work with did their excellent job.

The two cleaners arrived 10 minutes early and began right after a walk-thru. They worked the entire time and although I thought they could have moved a bit more quickly, I was paying for the job and not by the hour - so I'm glad they took their time. The oven was spotless and the house nice and clean.

Showed up early, extremely professional

Husband/wife team showed up to do first cleaning. Nice people, they got started right away. I left to run some errands and did not return until after they were gone. First thing that was noticed as I walked down the hall was the dust that was left on the coffee table. I thought they just missed an area, not a big deal at that point. Upon looking around things got worse... ceiling fans had an inch of dust still on them, all the furniture in one bedroom was not touched at all, shower glass door had been wiped only halfway down... the list went on as we went in to each room. I called the manager and he came out right away. I showed him the problem and he agreed that something went terribly wrong with my service. I give the quality a "D" rating because it was inferior work ---- but I have to admit that the response to my problems and the process to make things right were very good. The manager was very accommodating and apologetic and very willing to satisfy me. I elected to not have them come back and complete the job - that was my choice, not theirs - they were more than willing to come back and complete the job. I was just really disappointed that I had that experience the first time.

With 2 careers and 2 kids under 3, my husband and I "treated" ourselves to a house cleaning. The husband and wife team arrived on team, introduced ourselves and quickly put us at ease. They were pleasant and friendly with our kids and chatted as they got to work. We felt completely comfortable leaving them to their efforts, so the whole family went out for lunch and errands for a few hours. When we returned, they were gone and the house looked fantastic! We will definitely be scheduling again next month. GREAT experience!!

Thus far, the entire experience has just been great. First of all, I really liked that fact that Queen of Maids background checks their employees. I also liked the ease of setting up an appointment. Of course, loved the reviews on Angie's List - so helpful! Kim and Lacey arrived right on time. They were both friendly and professional. They were also great with my dog. After they were finished, they asked me to walk through the house. I didn't have a single concern. Their work was great! About two hours later, one of the owners, Jason Miller, called me personally to ask if I was pleased. Also, I received an email requesting any feedback. I definitely will have them back. We have set up a biweekly cleaning. I will check back in after a few more cleanings. I expect to have good news. BTW, as an Angie's List member I received a discount. Very nice.

My house absolutely sparkled after this cleaning. I have a lot of items to dust and they CAREFULLY did all of them. Blinds were damp washed........I even found they had cleaned the tops of my closet clothes rods! It was a new experience for me to keep finding things they HAD done instead of things they had overlooked!! I will be having them come on a regular basis.

I was very pleased with the whole experience. I called with initial questions to confirm that I was in their service area and to relay that I just needed a good one-time cleaning with emphasis in the shower. Jason answered promptly and booked right then. I wanted to stress how nice it was to call and get a person to talk to. I called two other Angie's List cleaners and left messages. My calls were not returned. I will annotate this on their reviews. I really like the business website. It was very informative and has a booking feature that I will use it in the future. I also really like the flat rate so I knew what I was getting. The team was friendly and professional. She also provided some advice to keep the hard water in the shower at bay. The shower looked 1,000x better. Jason even called a few days later to check on the service. I was very happy with the cleaning and service. I will use them again when needed.

We needed to have our rental property deep cleaned before the tenants moved in. I scheduled an appointment with Queen of Maids online which was very easy and convenient. The two-person crew showed up right on time and walked the house with me to see exactly what I wanted done. They were very friendly and gave me a timeline of how long the cleaning would take. They got straight to work and did a fantastic job vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing the bathroom, oven and inside the refrigerator, wiping out the cabinets and mopping the floors. When they were finished they once again walked the house with me to get my approval on everything. It looked great and I would definitely use them again.

Contact with the company was pleasant. I explained that currently I only needed the carpets and floors cleaned on a regular basis but would consider additional services later. We discussed pricing and II was advised there is a 2-hour minimum charge for each cleaning. Husband and wife team, punctual, and followed directions for floor cleaning. They provided products and equipment for the job, and were professional in performance of their work. I was very pleased with their work and have scheduled another appointment.

Booking the appointment was easy, the maids were on time and friendly, and my house was super clean after they finished. I even walked back through my house to double check everything after the maids left and they didn't miss a thing. I have already recommended Queen of Maids to several of my friends.

I've been wanting to have my home professionally cleaned for a while but I didn't really have the time to have a consultation and I really didn't want some pushy sales person coming into my home and wasting an hour just to give me a quote, so when my friend told me about Queen of Maids I was super excited. They have their prices listed on their website and they are really affordable! ...No need to have some pushy sales person in my home just to tell me a price I can't afford. Also, I was really glad they had online booking! I was able to choose a time that worked out perfect for my husband and I. As for the cleaning staff, they did great, were very professional and friendly! We have a dog and live in a dusty area (a lot of new homes being built) so I was worried they would miss a lot of things, but they didn't! They dusted our blinds, dusted our ceiling fans, and even wiped down the front of our cabinets! I definitely will have them come back again soon!
