Very efficient and great value for the money as they were here 3 hours. Would use again

this is the second time I have used Queen of Maids cleaning service. Both times they were punctualand did a rantastic job of cleaning the downstairs portion of my home, which included a bathroom, kitchen, dining and family area. They dusted, vacuumed, mopped and cleaned those hard to reach areas I have struggled with. They made sure to check that I was satisfied before they left. I love this cleaning company and will continue to use them, since my house was so clean. they even got the hard to remove dog hair from my furrniture (I have an aussie with some very long hair that sheds all the time).

They were quick and efficient and remembered all our special requests( ie to keep our bedroom closed so the dogs don't get in ) They were friendly and I will use them again.

Jason has been very helpful with pricing and scheduling for multiple properties. We have had two cleaning teams. When we have a sub par service they are quick to fix it. I really enjoy their easy payment system and communication.

I had this company come to clean twice. The first time, I had a very good cleaning and the second time I had an excellent cleaning. They have different teams that come to your house. I recommend that you try different teams each time you have your house cleaned because each team has a few secrets of their own on how to clean things. Also, some people have more energy than others and work at different paces. Some do a few extra things for you and others just stick to the plan. After you have evaluated all the help, you can then decide which team is best for you and your needs.

The service provided by Queen of Maids is great! The cleaning crew is prompt and professional. Our house feels brand new after they clean!

Two ladies did a whole house cleaning with oven and refridge before our move-in. I was nervous because i live out-of-town so I booked using only Angie's list as a reference. The two ladies that showed up were pleasant, clean-cut and very hard-working. There had been a cat in the house before, and they worked very hard to get all the dander removed. I would like to book those two ladies again for ongoing cleaning when we fully move. The only downside is that the price is higher than what i currently directly pay cleaners in my own town.

The first time a husband and wife team came and did a fantastic job cleaning my house, so my expectation was that this high quality would continue. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The next cleaning was performed by just one person. She arrived at the wrong time and when the mistake was discovered, she hurried through the cleaning. She did not clean the toilet in the master bedroom nor did she vacuum/sweep under the bed. Dusting was perfunctory with a feather duster, not very efficient in a dusty place like Phoenix. When I called to voice my concerns, the manager was apologetic and gave me a discount on my cleaning service, which was fair. Unfortunately, they sent the same person back for the next cleaning service - which was very awkward. I think she had been told about my complaints because there was a definite "chill" in the air. While she did a better job, there were still deficiencies. She used a wet mop on my hardwood floors which is a huge no-no since that causes warping and deterioration of the finish. It just seemed like her heart wasn't into doing a good job. In fairness, my husband and son are not tidy individuals who pick up after themselves - in fact they can be slovenly. Since I have health issues, I am willing to pay for help around the house but I want the work done properly. I probably would have continued with this company had the original team performed my second and third services - they were awesome worker bees.

The cleaners were really nice and showed up on time. They got right to work and did not stop the entire time they were any my house. I don't think my house has ever been this clean!

Scheduling service was a breeze online. I was able to select all the services I wanted and schedule a time only 36hrs in advance. They contacted me immediately via email to confirm. The cleaners showed up on time and completed the job expeditiously. They cleaned all my appliances inside and out. Vacuumed all the carpet. Bathrooms were spotless as were the inside windows. They did a great job and I highly recommend them and will use again!

I paid them an extra $50 to clean windows I only have six. I didn't realize until they left she only did half the window left screen on. And did not touch interior side

Arrived early and went right to work. Entire house looks fabulous, smells so clean and is devoid of all the pet hair from a shedding German Shepherd! Very pleasant, focused and hard working team

I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I needed my cleaning done on a specific date, and their on-line booking function let me know immediately their availability on that day, let me choose my preferred start time, and gave me a quote. The on-line booking gave me a commitment of an 8:30 - 9 a.m. start, and at 8:30 I got a message from the cleaners letting me know they would arrive within 20 minutes...and they did, with apologies of being late! I was very, very happy with the work they did, and they were extremely pleasant and polite. This was the first time I used Queen of Maid, and I will definitely use them again.

First - another cleaning company that we had used in the past left us in a bind on our desired clean date. With 3 kids, 2 Chihuahuas and a full time job, deep cleaning the house is a MAJOR undertaking and I really just needed some help. I called and left a message for Jason - who responded to my voicemail promptly in regards to their service area. We discussed my location, determined that they would be able to help me out, and we scheduled the appointment. The cleaning crew arrived on time (maybe even a few minutes early), asked me to go over what we wanted done, as well as our priorities. Then they got to work. We left the house so they could do their work without our kids hovering over them. They finished before we returned, but called (per our request) and let us know what all they did and that they were done. They also explained why they were unable to work on a couple of the blinds (no draw strings) - which we understood. When we got home, the house looked AMAZING. The counter tops were shining. Our glass shower doors were spot free. The blinds were cleaner than we had ever seen them. It was so nice to be able to spend time with my family and come home to a spotless house...which in turn allowed us MORE time to relax together. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and am thinking about signing up for bi-weekly service!! Thanks Queen of Maids for a job well done!

We have had many appointments with Queen of Maids and every time the cleaners do a great job and are very thorough and professional. They clean the whole house each time including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, dusting, etc. The team doesn't stop working the entire time. I like being able to book online on their website when I need a cleaning. And after each cleaning they send me an email receipt for the service, which is always nice! I will keep using their service in the future.

It was absolutely terrible. They came out, gave a quote, and said that I could pay afterwards. Two technicians showed up and discussed the work with me and they were very polite. I left to run an errand for about 15-20 minutes, but ended up being about 30-40 minutes. I got a call from the company while I was gone and was told that they couldn't do the work in the allotted time and needed more money. I told them I could discuss it when I got back because I was on the way. I got another call while I was on the way back and was told that they needed more money and that the technicians had left. When I got back, I found that they didn't work at all in the 45 minute time period that I was gone and I was still charged. I contacted them and got my money back, thankfully, but it was an awful experience overall. Everyone was nice and polite, but the job was not done and it was handled badly. The communication was not good and they weren't honest with me.

For the most part everything went well for a first time cleaning. I must say that I was impressed that they didn't bang my walls and doors with the step stool. Not did they bang my nic nacks around. I am very happy and will request them to clean again. 01/2914 UPDATE: I must give another review based on what I found while I had out of town guests after the cleaning and also after I wrote the first review. I was giving my husband a milestone birthday party and I requested to have 4 bedrooms ( 2 of which are an office and an empty room with no bed and a small dresser & other odds and ends) and with wet wipe of shutters. The older woman who did the dusting just went around whatever was sitting on my counters and my end tables; my shutters looked clean at eye level but not all the way up to the top. I am not even sure if they dusted the fans. I moved items so that I could place dinnerware etc and I there was visible dust around the doilies and on glass top ledges. I have a glass top coffee table in my family room that was never cleaned with window cleaner. My glass top dining room table was the same. Fingerprints and smudges were still on the tables at close inspection. My master bath shower wasn't cleaned properly. I have a caddy that sits on a large shelf which was not moved. I lifted it up and saw that the shelf was not cleaned beneath it. There is just too much to list. To spend $200 and to have to have guests help to re-dust and clean the bathrooms is crazy. I will not ever use this company again and I do not want them in my house again! 3/6/2014 UPDATE: I was contacted by the owner Jason approximately a month ago regarding my review. He was apologetic and was very concerned that I wasn't happy with the service provided. He graciously refunded a good portion of what I paid. I am sorry that this didn't work out, he seems like a good guy with sub-par employees that showed up at my house. From my conversation with him, he seems to have addressed the employee situation. I know what it's like to have employees not perform what they are being paid for as it affects a small business greatly.

I highly recommend this company. They were incredibly responsive and easy to deal with. The on-line scheduling couldn't be easier and when I needed to reschedule they accommodated me with no problem. The cleaning crew was friendly and professional. They did an excellent and thorough job. I passed my landlord's move out inspection of the property, with flying colors. The price is in line with prices for the area, which are not inexpensive. However, they do really excellent work that is worth the price.

we needed our house cleaned for Thanksgiving, since wehad family coming over for dinner that day. we called Queen of Maids based on the reviews. one week before Thanksgiving Jason and Brenda arrived early ready to go to work. They listened to our wants and concerns. They were fast and efficient. They did a thorough job and made sure we were completely satisfied when they were finished. Their flat rates gave us piece of mind knowing that there wasn't going to be any hidden charges or inflated costs once they started. We would recommend them to anybody

These folks are great! I've used them twice in the past two months and requested the same cleaning team both times. They are efficient and do a great job of completing the tasks given to them. Above that, they go beyond to make sure you're pleased with the results. I feel like I can trust them with valuables laying around and they are very friendly. There's a reason this provider receives high marks from other users.

I was looking for someone to clean my new home before we moved in. Queen of Maids made it easy to get pricing and set up the appointment with their online booking tool. This is pretty state of the art for the industry as most require a pre-appointment appointment to do a quote and then schedule via the phone. I found it refreshing that someone is using technology to their advantage and was really the reason I booked with them. They arrived right in the scheduled window of 12:30 - 1pm and cleaned for 2 hours. They did everything I had asked and the house was clean upon return. The only thing that they missed was a kitchen window that clearly had water marks on it but I didn't ask them to do that before they left. The next day, I went to put something in the trash and noticed they had put their bag of McDonald's in there and it smelled very smoky. It didn't cause the house to smell like that but I was a little perturbed that they would do that and not put it in the large trash dumpster in the alley. When the owner called me a day later to see if my service was good, I did advise him of this and he agreed it wasn't acceptable. Even this was not enough to give them anything less than an A. I would use them again if I need housecleaning services.

The first team sent out to clean my house in October did a poor job. When I called the next day, they immediately made arrangements to send a new team at no charge. I was so impressed with the work performed by this second team and with the prompt response to my concerns that I have contracted with the company to clean my house monthly. They came for the second cleaning in November and did an outstanding job. I'm glad I found them.
