They do a great job, if there is a problem the office manager or owner remedy the issue right away, but there are usually no complaints. They are also very flexible if I need to change my cleaning date or add extra services.I'm very happy with how easy it is to pay through CC and I can add a tip right onto the bill.

The 2 of them were very thorough. They passed the white glove treatment. The kitchen and both bathrooms were of particular concern for me, but they did an excellent job cleaning those rooms up. They were both so pleasant and attentive. I needed the house cleaned in order to feel comfortable having my children there. Their good work made it happen and put me at ease. I will definitely recommend QoM's to anyone that will listen.

They were very prompt, thorough, and courteous. They had great communication and it was well worth it.

The crew was on time and very polite.They went above and beyond. They cleaned places I forgot to ask them to clean because I was in a rush! As they were walking out they kept running back to make sure everything was done perfectly.

They missed at least 1/4 of the cupboards. Price is very high per hour for simple light cleaning. Very disappointing - no refund or even partial refund offered. UPDATE: They provider sent a second cleaning crew out at no charge. It was great. They were extremely responsive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have been using Queen of Maids for the last couple of months. Punctual, consistent, careful and dependable.

I have had a favorable experience with them. I used them a month ago, and they are scheduled to come out this week. We have had them for 2 or 3 months. They are very personable, and they do a good job. They are great.

I hired them one time and they were great.

After scheduling they informed me that it would be either 1 person for 4 hours or 2 people for 2 hours each. That was not expressed in the fine print. Normally they send 2 people out. so I was expecting 2 people for 4 hours since that was the allotted time of the deal.

I hired Queen of Maids to help me clean house for my two bachelor sons. I organized and clean the main house and only wanted help deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. They were on time, friendly and professional. Marilyn did a great job cleaning the kitchen and laundry area while Ally?s work in the bathroom was nothing short of amazing?I?d never see that room look that spotless! They even had time to vacuum and mop the rest of the house for me. Thank you again. The boys were extremely pleased to come home to such a clean house.

They were great. They were on time,and they were really courteous. It was a husband and wife team, and they just did a really great job cleaning, and they were really personable.

They called and came a little early than my appointed time ,which worked for me. This is the third time I have used this service and they are wonderful. I like that they are do a quick walk through and check their notes for any extras. One example is that I like to make sure the top of my refrigerator is cleaned , so many other companies have left this out. It is just something I personally notice. Anyway, they are great, punctual, and polite. They even move some furniture around and get all the little details. I have had three teams all great. I would recommend them and I will use them again. In addition I like that the company calls and asks if everything went well, and sends a satisfaction survey via e-mail with a comments section.

This was a major cleaning project: Layers of dust on all furniture and carpets, bathrooms that had not been touched in months. The two person crew - Jose and Marilyn - arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment and worked for 2.5 hours diligently. When they left, the apartment looked like new. Marilyn worked miracles in the bathrooms and the kitchen. Jose tackled the carpets, furniture and floors. I was impressed with their efficiency, and their ability to make such a huge improvement in the apartment in so little time. I have scheduled them now for biweekly cleaning.

We were given a window for the appointment and told we would receive a phone call that morning to verify our appointment. We received the call to confirm our appointment and the crew of 2 arrived on time as promised. The crew was friendly, professional, and started working immediately. The crew worked hard the entire time they were here and showed great attention to detail. Not only did they clean the typical areas (counters, floors, tables, etc.) but they also paid great attention to our blinds, door frames, baseboards, windows, etc. When the crew was done working, they asked me to do a walk through and make sure that I was completely satisfied before they left. We were very happy with their work and will definitely use them again!

When my tenant left the house and I put it up for sale the house was extremely dirty. I started out with a 2 person crew, a person who cleaned on the side. While they were cheap and cleaned the major stuff they just couldn't get the details done. So I hired Queen of Maids to go in and take the house from basically clean to model home clean. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

I was moving so the house was empty. they performed all the services on their "basic' list and then I added wiping out the cabinets, oven, and fridge. They were running late so someone called early in the day letting me know they were behind an hour and did I want them to try to get another team there at the scheduled time. i declined the later time was better for me. They were to arrive between 3:30-4:00 but didn't arrive until 4:10 which wasn't a big deal to me. They double checked what I wanted done and went right to work.

The team came in and got right to work really cleaning all of the details. I don't think my place has looked so good!

I had already called a few other providers before I found queen of maids and funny enough none of them called me back within a reasonable time. So I found these guys and was like, "Welcome to the 21st freakin' century!" A small business that has online quotes and booking - So awesome. Aside from that, the story is pretty boring because they showed up on time, cleaned what they said they would, and that was it. Oh, and the owner called me the next day to make sure I was happy before he charged my card. Pretty cool, A+, highly recommended.

Rosario is so friendly, always showed up on time on calls to let us know. She works so hard and does an amazing job every time all with a friendly attitude.

The two cleaners arrived slightly early. They brought all of their supplies and tools with them. They went right to work after verifying what I wanted done. They worked without stopping and completed the word as estimated.
