Marci runs the office very efficiently and I appreciated her patience as I had to reschedule this appointment a couple of times. The Lorena team showed up on time, unloaded all their equipment/supplies and got to work immediately. They were very efficient and thorough and did a great job. Took an hour less than anticipated so Marci reduced the fee - no questions asked. I will definitely use this company in the future!

Fantastic! I reach out to Jason the owner to schedule an appointment before guests arrived for Thanksgiving. He had Marci did everything they could to accommodate me and two cleaners arrived on Saturday. They were professional, thorough and trust worthy. They did a fantastic job cleaning the bathrooms, kitchens, floors, etc. I was so pleased with the price and quality and the ease of scheduling, which I now know I can do online. Great job!

The team arrived promptly, had all the necessary equipment. I asked for bleach, and then had that with them. My mother cleaned houses and was trained in France. They are the first cleaners I've used that did as thorough and conscientious a job as my mother did. Both worked hard and steadily the entire time. I am extremely pleased with their work. We weren't able to complete all the tasks i had on my list, so we prioritized. I hope to bring them back to finish the list. It was not humanly possible to accomplish more than they did. They were also very pleasant to work with. Abosolutely NO ATTITUDE!!! I give them my highest recommendation.

Fantastic! They are a true gem. From the moment they arrived on time they worked hard and were pleasant to have around. I truly appreciated being able to communicate with them and not repeat what I needed done. ( My last cleaners kept asking if I wanted 'that done to?').

I wanted to schedule my housecleaning on a very busy week... The week before Thanksgiving. After a couple of scheduling complications, the owner, Jason, spoke with me and he and his office manager were able to get his team to our house on the day we needed them. They were both very helpful and professional. The cleaning team showed up a couple of minutes early (yeah!) and did a great and thorough job in getting our house clean. We decided to continue with their service on a monthly basis.

They did a superb job. I and I would definitely reccommend them, and use them again. They made it really easy to schedule an appointment online.

Their two person crew worked on cleaning my home for 5 hours. I had some specific things I wanted to be sure were addressed and they were good about listening to my priorities. They went to work on the priority items first and was pleased that those items were done well... I did find a few areas that were not as well done as i hoped, the blinds were still dusty although I know they vacuumed them. So next time i would have to specify that they get wet wiped to ensure they are clean. Also some baseboards and corners of the rooms were not addressed. the house is much improved and I will have them back again.

Three very nice women came to my home and very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned the areas I had asked for them to clean.

The team that came out was a mother / daughter team, they were on time, got right to work, and did a thorough cleaning of 2.5 baths, the kitchen, and vacuumed the family and living rooms. I'm considerably less stressed about hosting Thanksgiving next week now that they took care of a large portion of the heavy cleaning. I've setup monthly cleaning service with Queen of Maids going forward to help keep my house clean year round. :-)

From the very beginning, Jason and his staff were very responsive. E-mails and phone calls were answered promptly and they were very helpful in helping me understand the process, as I have not used a service in over 15 years. The cleaners were prompt in their arrival and did an excellent job, overall. Mind you, there was a lot to be done, so the second bath was not completed to its fullest because of time. They would have stayed, but there was another appointment to meet. My small disappointment was in that the top of the door jambs were not dusted as part of cleaning the doors. Considering the circumstances and my priorities being in other areas, it worked out okay. They were both pleasant and got to it and kept at it for the three hours. I'm glad I used them and would recommend them without hesitation. The pricing was at 26.50 per hour for the six hours. Not having much experience with this, I thought the deal to be fair.

We had just gotten back from a long vacation in Hawaii. We were exhausted, sunburned, and all of out clothes were full of sand. By the time we were done unpacking, it appeared my kids had brought the beach back to Arizona. Our house was a mess, and sand was everywhere, and we were too exhausted to clean it up. I was referred to them by my brother who uses Queen Of Maids frequently. I like their website, it was easy to use, and easy to schedule. This was the first time I have ever used a cleaning crew, I was impressed by their professionalism. They arrived on time (a guy and a girl), and worked for about 3 hours. They did an impressive job. My wife was was very happy with their work, and I was even more happy that I didn't have to do that.

Looked a like a husband and wife team. They split up and went to work. Bathrooms, kitchen, and the rest of the house. What can I say--the house was cleaner after they left than when they came and they were nice and respectful while here.

On time, pleasant and efficient

I was told by Jason Miller that I would be refunded the purchase because of scheduling issues.

Despite largely positive reviews here and elsewhere, I would not recommend. On the first visit they arrived 50 minutes after their 30 minute slot ended and on the second visit they were again late - maybe third time would be lucky but I'm not trying again! They show up in a battered vehicle with no Queen of Maids signage - the guard at my community actually called to see if he really should let them in as they didn't look like professionals. The standard of cleaning over two visits was average, with not all carpets vacuumed, some bathroom surfaces not cleaned and sofas not arranged. While the owner has been proactive in reaching out to me, and I imagine their 200% guarantee would ensure a follow up visit, I don't have another day to waste on simple things that should be done right the first time!

Although the service was adequate, I had asked the staff to use certain products in my home and this was not done. In addition, the small appliances in my kitchen had "damp smears" on them from inadequate drying.

Service was wonderful!! They went to work right away and cleaned thoroughly:) The house smelled and looked fresh and cared for...I will definitely hire this company again.

I wasn't there when they cleaned, but I came home and found out that I needed to request to have the ovens cleaned out, as well as the fridge. The ad said that I would received a deep cleaning of the kitchen, and my counters were wiped, but not wiped very well...There were some corners that were dusty and saw that I had some dried pasta sauce still on the counter from the night before. It wasn't horrible, but I definitely wouldn't call it a deep cleaning. We don't have a big house either...it's just under 1600sqft and we closed two of the three bedrooms, since we still have boxes from our move in there. Just felt like I was going to come home to a sparkling house and it just looked okay.

It went well. They finished early so next time I need to make sure I have a list prepared to keep them busy for the entire 2 hours.

Great! would recommend for housecleaning

It was amazing. Four hours constituted two people for two hours each. They were busy the entire time. They were polite but no down time. They really went at it.

They do great work. I've used them twice and it's hassle free. I booked online and they showed up and did the work as planned. It's nice to not have hassle with this because the whole point of me booking them was because I didn't want to deal with cleaning my house.

It was great! They were right on time for my first appointment and did such a good job that I have hired them to come every two weeksl They are very hard working ladies.

The two ladies that came to clean were both very nice and did a great job. They were there for 3 hours and cleaned up my empty house, removing layers of dust from the top of my cabinets, cleaned out the fridge and oven, dusted blinds, wiped down the walls, mopped the tile, vacuumed, and did a thorough cleaning of my kitchen and bathrooms. Having just had old tile removed and new installed, the house was VERY dusty. The cleaners removed all that dust! I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done. Thanks!

They agreed to give the refund so everything was fine.
