I could write for ever about how impressed I was by this service. There were significantly cheaper than other services, yet did more work and better. They left nothing untouched. Even the container that holds my q-tips was cleaned... they did everything. Windows, walls and floors. In under 2hrs they cleaned about 2000+ square feet! I was unclear on the price as it was listed on Angie's List. When I called the office to ask, I was promptly transferred to the owner Jason. Jason was super friendly and happy to explain everything. I happened to request service the week prior to superbowl, so they were really busy and brought 3 ladies instead of the usual 2. Therefore, they spent less time but the price/time is per cleaner... It was confusing, but Jason gave me a great deal!!! I will definitely be hiring them again!

We purchased an Angies List of 4 hours of cleaning (2 people, 2 hours) Cost was $109, which was $11 discount. We didn't know how long it would take to do what we wanted - in the end they were actually done in about an hour and a half, so we could have actually had a bigger list for them to do at the onset. We are new to having Travertine floors and didn't really know the best technique for cleaning them properly. Dustyn and Courtney arrived on time - we had requested between 2:30 to 3:00 - they arrived at 2:45, looked at our list of things to do and got started. They worked well and did a very nice job. We had only wanted one tub cleaned - it was the tub in a Jank and Jill bathroom. After they left, we checked and noticed that the tub had not been cleaned, so we called "Marci" at Queen of Maids and the they came back and cleaned that tub. Special note regarding the tub - I had called this tub the one in the Jack and Jill bathroom and "assumed" they knew what I meant. Well, you know what happens when you "assume." Dustyn thought I meant the large tub in our master bath - he was unfamiliar with the terminology "Jack and Jill." In short, they did everything we requested - there was just a mixup on which tub my note referred to. I would call Queen of Maids back and probably request Dustyn and Courtney.

I purchased a Big Deal. It was ok. They came out a week after I purchased the Big Deal. There was no additional charge. Because my house is small, it only took 3 hours instead of the 4. She said she'd tell her boss to give me a credit for that hour. The cleaning was ok. I used a service before that did a better job. They were friendly. That was nice.

The home didn't feel totally clean when you walked in the house. They didn't dust the furniture and the floors did not look like they were touched. I felt like the coupon was misleading. It was 4 hours of cleaning which would usually get your home totally clean, but their justification was we get done what we can in four hours and that's it. It was not a complete job. I think they should be up front about that and see that expectation. I've had my cleaned since then, paid less money, and got the entire house actually clean.

If the customer had contacted us after his appointment we would have been happy to promptly work to resolve any concerns he had. The customer purchased 4 cleaning hours. A one-time cleaning of a house as large as this customer's house usually takes double the amount of time (5 beds 3 baths 2,512 sq ft). The cleaning teams work fast, but there are limitations on how much they can get done within the amount of time purchased. More time could have been purchased, however this was not an action that was taken by the customer. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service. The customer's first appointment was September 10, 2014. During a follow up call we made to the customer, she said that the first cleaning was great and told us how much they got done in the time given. The customer then scheduled a second appointment for October 20th, 2014. For her second appointment she had the same team that she was thankful for on the first appointment. After the appointment we called the customer to follow up and see how everything went. There was no answer, so we left a voicemail, to which she never returned our call. We also called to collect payment for the service rendered, as her payment details had expired, however the customer never returned those calls or emails either. To this day, no payment was collected from the customer for the service, as the customer has not returned our calls or emails. We take pride in offering the best customer service around, however, it is difficult to make a customer happy when we are unable to reach them and they do not contact us back to resolve their concerns. The provider was very quick to call me and set up an appointment. The communication was clear regarding date time cost method of payment and expectations. I specifically requested a move out clean. Their information listed on Angies List included the services I needed and requested. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This was reaffirmed by the scheduler during the call. I was extremely satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of the lady scheduling the appointment. They did provide a reminder call which was helpful. The cleaners arrived on time. Her team and I walked through the house and discussed what needed to be cleaned. It was no more than what they offered on their move out cleaning service. The house is a 3 bdrms 2 bath single story and approx. 1400 sqft. I had already cleaned the inside of the kitchen cabinets and two ceiling fans. The house was completely empty and had a light cleaning prior to their arrival. After the walk through the lead started telling me that she might not be able to perform all the cleaning in an hour and that it might take more time or they would need to come back to finish on another day. I pushed back as this was not what I was told nor what was represented on the company information. I was moving and had deadlines as I needed to turn the house over in a few days. I was not happy with the excuses. However the lead communicated with the other two ladies and they worked very diligently. The crew did a superb cleaning the house. The garage was not swept or sprayed down as indicated on their site. They finished the house in exactly 1 1/2 hours. The lead walked through the house and explained what they did. They were very thorough, thus, nothing had to be re-cleaned. They did it right the first time. I was extremely satisfied with the work they did

I used Queen of Maids through an Angie's list deal, the cleaners arrived on time and did an ok job ( lack of attention to detail). I needed a housekeeper so after the coupon I reached out and had them hired for every other week. For $180 I expected a very thorough cleaning. The 1st cleaning January 2nd the cleaners arrived ( not sure if they are legal to work in the state) and they did a C average job. Lack of attention to details like dusting picture frames, baseboards left dirty, white cabinets in bathroom not wiped down. etc. I assumed that as they continued they would get around to cleaning more thorough since it would be the same team every other week. The lady on the phone who arranged the every other week is a main problem for this company. I advised her I wanted a Monday/Tuesday date. We discussed having the cleaners back in January 12th. Confirmed this several times. I went out of town, husband expecting cleaners and they did not show. I called the same lady acted like she didn't know anything and that being "every other week" then I had to be wrong with the date and it obviously wasn't set up to be cleaned until the next Monday - January 19th. Well this date came and went as well. No show/ No call and loss of my business. I do not recommend them.

I believe the best response to this review would to be to provide the set of fact surrounding this customer’s appointments: (1) They have had three cleanings prior to this and called in to schedule on a recurring biweekly basis. (2) The customer called in and booked biweekly, with her first appointment set for Friday, January 2nd, at 11:30am. (3) The customer requested biweekly service after the January 2nd cleaning, which they wanted to move to Mondays, starting January 19th, as January 12th would have only been 10 days from their last cleaning and be too soon. This date was reviewed with the customer. (4) The appointment on January 2nd was completed. An email receipt was sent and included the date of the next cleaning, January 19th. (5) On the 13th of January, the customer called and was upset that no one showed up for her appointment on the 12th. We attempted to explain that the cleaning was scheduled for January 19th as originally planned. (6) As previously mentioned, the customer also received an email about their appointment being on the 19th. If we made a mistake about the date, the email could have served as an opportunity for the customer to correct our mistake. (7) The customer spoke with one of our employees and said that the owner would call to personally discuss the issue. (8) I called the customer back but was unable to reach her, however I did leave a voicemail. The customer called me back, but during a time that I was unable to answer my phone. I then called back two more times that day, once the following day, and one more time two and three days later. I never received a return call. I also left my cell phone number on the customer's voicemail to make it easier for the customer to reach me. (9) We receive this review from the customer. (10) In the review the customer accuses the cleaners of being here illegal. I would like to point out that just because someone might be of hispanic dissent, that does not mean they are here illegally. We have background checked, ID checked, and verified the cleaners and they are here legally. (11) In the review the customer says that we also missed her January 19th cleaning. No other appointment was set because the customer never returned my five other calls and already told us to cancel any future appointments. (12) On October 16, 2014, the customer left a different review on Angie’s List where they gave all A ratings. The team that arrived for those cleanings was the same team that arrived for the cleaning on January 2nd. We take pride in offering the best customer service around, but it is difficult to make a customer happy when I am unable to reach them and they do not contact me back to resolve their concerns. This was terrible cleaning service. They didn't fulfill the service at all. They literally hit their 2 hour mark and they were done. I asked them to vacuum and dust the house and clean the bathrooms. It was so disappointing. The manager was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He offered to re-clean my house. Ultimately I'm getting a refund.

This review comes from a customer that purchased a "4 cleaning hours" deal for $109 in order to clean her 4,000 square foot home, which is a cleaning that usually takes, on average, double the amount of time she purchased (normally a $239 appointment or more). In this situation I explained to the customer that the deal explicitly states that the cleaning will be with either two cleaners for two hours or one cleaner for four hours and not two cleaners for four hours (which she assumed without reading the details in the deal). After expressing my concern to the customer that a full cleaning of her home would take much more time to be completed, she willingly made a prioritized checklist of what she would like to have done during the cleaning. When the team of two cleaners arrived for the appointment they discovered that the bathroom counters were full of bottles, toiletries, and other miscellaneous items and the floor was partially covered in clothes, laundry baskets, and other items. Picking up and organizing of various items (beyond average) is not a service that is included in the Angie's List Deal, but that service can be easily scheduled at an additional price if we are notified by the customer about the extra work needed during their appointment. The team worked the entire time and completed less than half of the 4,000 square foot home, as the bathrooms took additional time due to the extra work needed. The customer called immediately after the appointment and was very upset that only a limited portion of her home was completed during the cleaning. I took her call right away and listened to the customer's complaints and concerns. In a polite manner I emphasized that it can easily take an hour to clean a single bathroom, especially when there is extra work to be completed and the bathroom is large, however the customer disagreed that it should have taken that long. I tried my best to do what I could to resolve the customer's complaints, but these complaints stemmed from a misunderstanding of the limitations on the deal the customer purchased and lack of communication on the condition and size of the home. From the moment I talked to this customer about booking an appointment, I knew it was going to be an impossible challenge to make her happy, however I was up to the challenge. This customer purchased a $109 deal for 4 hours of cleaning and I gave the customer a call to schedule the appointment. On the phone, I explained to the customer that we would be scheduling two cleaners for two hours, which totals the “Four Cleaning Hours” for the deal she purchased. Immediately the customer was upset and said that she thought the deal was for two people for four hours. I read verbatim the deal details, which she could have easily seen, which state (1) "A team of two cleaners will be sent for two hours each or a single cleaner can be requested for four hours” and (2) "can be any combination of workers totaling four labor hours”. The customer continued to argue that the deal was for two cleaners for four hours (or eight cleaning hours), even after I re-read the details she herself would have seen prior to purchasing the four hour cleaning deal. At that moment, I offered to have the deal she purchased refunded back to her if she preferred. She said no, so we continued on with getting the appointment set up. She opted to have one cleaner for four hours. The next issue quickly arose as I continued to schedule her appointment. I asked some questions about the size of her home, to get an idea of what she wanted to have cleaned in the home within the time she purchased. Her home is 3,926 square feet, has 6 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. I asked what she would like to have completed in the home and she responded that she would like the whole home cleaned (standard cleaning + deep cleaning of blinds, baseboards, doors, etc.). I explained to her that four hours of cleaning with one cleaner would not be enough time to complete everything that she had listed. I told her that additional time could be purchased, but she declined. I then explained that a deep cleaning like one she described for a house her size would usually take one cleaner a minimum of eight hours, or double what she purchased. She acknowledged that what I was saying made sense and she said that she would give the cleaner a prioritized checklist for when the cleaner showed up. She also acknowledged that some things on her list might not get completed due to the size of her home. When the cleaner arrived on the day of her appointment, the customer gave the cleaner the following checklist: (1) blinds need to be individually wet wiped (2) baseboards scrubbed and cleaned on hands and knees; (3) all doors need to be wiped down (4) interior windows need to be cleaned (5) clean the entire kitchen, (6) clean all other rooms on the main floor, including the bathroom downstairs, living room, dining room, play room and and extra room (6) clean the upstairs bathroom, (7) wipe and clean the stairs railing. Prior to cleaning, the cleaner explained that she was unlikely to get to everything on the list. Again, during the cleaning, the cleaner explained that she was running out of time and would not be able to finish everything on the list, specifically informing that customer that she would not have enough time to vacuum and mop all floors through the home. The customer then specifically asked the cleaner to skip mopping the kitchen floor and to start working on the upstairs bathroom instead. After the allotted cleaning time was up (the customer still did not want to purchase any more time), the cleaner did a walk through with the customer to point out the things that she was able to complete and the things she was not able to get to. The cleaner completed all things on the checklist except for mopping the downstairs floors, which is incredibly impressive for how little time she had for that size of home. During the final walk through the customer commented, "Wow the glass doors look amazing, what did you use on them?” She did not make any negative comments about the cleaning at that time. Later that night the customer wrote us a message saying that she was not happy with her cleaning. Her message read, "Hi, I am totally not pleased with your service at my place today. It was my 1st & I didn't get a good impression to ever use your services ever again. the sumMary was in the end, Not even an inch of my home was vacuumed or mopped. . BotTom line was, no one would ever quess that a professional cleaner was in my home at all.. I am really disappointed & feel my money was just wasted.” I gave the customer a call that next morning to gather feedback and attempt to make any resolutions that could be made. The customer kept saying that the four hours was not enough time for the cleaning and that the floors were not mopped. I reminded her that prior to her booking the appointment I warned her that four cleaning hours was not enough time for the cleaning she wanted and I told her she could purchase more time if she wanted her entire house cleaned. I also responded that she could have (and still could) purchase more time. She said no. In this case, we were unfortunately unable to make the customer happy. We take pride in offering the best customer service around and will do everything possible to satisfy every customers needs. However, in some cases such as this one, there are some customers have unreasonable expectations of what can be completed in a limited amount of time. The husband and wife team were prompt, professional, personable and effecient. Since I had only purchased the 2 hours, they were only able to get the downstairs clearned and the master bath. However, this did include cleaning of the window sills and tracks and also patio door tracts where it slides. This took a lot of time and they did an excellent job with this. After clearning each area, I was asked to inspect to see if it was satisfactory and if they needed to do any additional cleaning. The brought all of their supplies but willing used several of my preferred items. Above I indicated price was fair as I just personally feel I should be able to get someone to clean a house for less than $27 per hour. However, I know this is the going rate and probably less than most. I did agree on the price of $109 for the 2 hours and that is what I was changed. If I were going to have another cleaning service, I would certainly have them back!

We were overall happy with the cleaning. There was confusion regarding the appointment day and time. We made an appointment directly through the Queen of Clean website and bought the deal through Angie's List afterwards. When purchasing the deal I selected the box stating that we already had an appointment scheduled. After going back and forth with the person from Queen of Clean we were set up with a different appointment day and time. I asked the person I was corresponding with to confirm that we weren't double booked and she said no. Unfortunately, cleaners did come to our home on the originally scheduled day and time. On the flip side, we were having a wedding at our home the coming Sunday and decided to have it cleaned instead of doing it ourselves. We really appreciated them working with us to get our home cleaned in such short notice. It relieved us of a huge burden. Someone else was at our home when it was being cleaned. She said the people were very nice and said that they were very detailed. The Angie's List deal was $109 for 4 hours but they were only at our home for approximately 2 1/2 hours. Our home is relatively small and we asked for one of the rooms to not be cleaned.
