Queen of Maids

The start with this vendor was a little rocky from the administration and coordination standpoint, the person I was dealing with to set this up seemed very disorganized. When the cleaning team came they were great and I mentioned this disorganization to them. Shortly after this I started dealing with a different person at the company and she is much better than the initial person so everything is fine now. The cleaning team comes on time every time and they work hard and don't waste time, they are faster and more efficient than any team I have had in the past. The thing that impressed me is that they said they really want to know if anything isn' t exactly to my liking. I have had cleaning people in the past say this and they don't really mean it, they get mad if you say anything and then they do a bad job. This team really took my comments seriously and didn't seem at all offended. I plan to continue using them on an every other week basis to clean my house. I get the same team every time which is the most important thing to me other than doing a good job. My only issue is that the price is a bit high given my house is only about 2,000 square feet but for now it's worth it.

Lorena and her team are great. They arrived on time, brought all their own equipment but also used the floor cleaner I asked them to use. They worked efficiently and quickly and the quality of the work was great.

A woman and man arrived promptly, discussed my cleaning priorities, and then went straight to work. They were friendly and polite. They deep cleaned all the bathrooms, took care of the kitchen, loft, master bedroom, living room, and dining room. I was pleased with the results. You could tell they took pride in their work.

Did not clean as expected. Place was still very dirty after the 2 cleaners left. They worked only 1.5 hours rather than the 2 that was requested. Bath tubs were still filthy. They told me that that couldn't clean them, they were stained and needed to be resurfaced. After they left I got a scrub brush and cleaned them sparkly white myself. These 2 people only wanted to spray a cleaning agent and wipe and not use any "elbow grease". Very disappointed. Would not use again.

Two maids arrived on time. They were very pleasant and did a great job. They finished up a little early, but had hit every part of my house (2200 sq ft) by the time they left, including my extra dusty plantation shutters and baseboards. I'll be doing business with them again for sure.

They were prompt and got to work right away. I enjoyed the end result, just wished I had them around to do more.

The cleaners arrived on time but only spent about 2 hours cleaning (the Angie's List deal for $175 is 6 hours). While the floors and bathrooms were nice there were quite a few missing details that I thought were important for the $175 price range. The blankets were in crumpled balls on the couch, throw pillows were in a pile, they didn't vacuum under the dining table, and they didn't wipe inside the oven (I know a full oven cleaning is extra but just wiping off the inside should be included), and did not vacuum the couches. I was very disappointed in the service given this high price point. When I complained, the customer service rep lowered the cost to $95. In my opinion, the job was worth $80.

Provider did excellent job. Cleaners were professional, thorough and detailed.

Both providers were friendly, professional and very thorough. They started working promptly upon arrival. They were very, diligent and committed to their schedule, but did a wonderful job with all cleaning requested. I especially enjoyed their friendliness and cooperative attitude and willingness to do a good job. Once the service was completed, they were the ones to suggest that I take inventory of the.job performed to make sure it was to my satisfaction. I would like to request to use them on a regular basis, once a month. Please contact me for scheduling service for JUNE, preferably at the same time and similar date as the 1st service. With most House Cleaning services you never really know what you are going to get. We all know the end goal is a nice and clean house, but sometimes that just does not happen. I searched Angie's and found a great deal on a highly reviewed company, Queen of Maids. Contact via email and set up and appointment. I was very clear from the 1st contact of what my expectations were and are. Bought the deal, made the appointment. The day before I was contacted about a minor scheduling conflict and they wanted to send 3 cleaners for 2 hours each vs 2 for 3 hours. I didn't care what so ever. As mentioned, a clean home was all I was looking for. When the 3 cleaners arrived they went right to work. Fast, efficient, throughout. Didn;t miss a spot. Fans, Baseboards, everything was done. The ladies happened to be done about 25 minutes early, but upon final inspection they forgot to do the fridge and oven. The items were noted on the request, but a minor miscommunication. When pointed out the ladies apologised and got right to the 2 items. 15 minutes later, done. Everything was good. Nothing missed, none of that..." Ugg, I knew this was going to happen" feeling. Things were good, cleaned and back to a perfect house. I will use again, and considering making them a once a month scheduled cleaning service.

I only know what my son and daughter-in-law told me. They were generally satisfied with the work, but they indicated the cleaners did not take things off the shelf for dusting. Rather they just dusted up to where the knick-knacks started, so there was a line where the dusting ended.2

When I arrived home, I found out the cleaners were not allowed to move furniture or items so I am was a little upset as I asked for a deep cleaning and told them specifically what I was looking for (meaning under the sofas and coffee tables). The floors appeared clean but I needed to sweep after they left. They left rugs on furniture and 2 swifter dusters laying around the house. Parts of the rooms were very clean and parts had not even been touched. Overall it was nice to come home and only have to do light housework (dusting where they missed and sweep the floors gain) to do before my surgery and guests arrived the next day.

Punctual and polite, Dustin & Courtney cleaned our house with great detail.

Two person crew was very punctual and did a great job cleaning the condo I rent as a vacation rental. Thorough cleaning (including fridge and microwave). Cleaned everything as described in service description. Place smelled clean without chemical or perfume smell some cleaners spray. Communication with the company was great and they even called next day as a followup. Very good service.

They contacted me promptly. Showed up on time. Worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. House is the cleanest it has ever been. Their results exceeded my expectations as they cleaned a few things that we had tried to clean in the past with no result, e.g. stains on glass cooktop, stains on backsplash. We have 3 children, infant to 5 year old, who make a mess like it is their job. The crew did a great job of tidying up and cleaning even the messy kids areas. We will definitely use them again.

The cleaners did a professional, thorough cleaning of our 5 bedroom 3 bath rental property. I would definitely use them again.

Husband-wife team came and worked with effeciency and at the same time were very careful of everything. Great care to get in all the nooks and crannies, including the edges of the carpet next tot he baseboards, tops of books in bookcases. good job in bathrooms and kitchen.

I think they did an excellent job and I would use them again.

Queen of Maids has provided this service for us since July 2014. I called them at first to do a deep cleaning of the apartment, and the two-person crew did a wonderful job. They have been returning every two weeks since then for maintenance cleaning. I can't say enough about the quality. The team is quick and thorough. They point out areas that need attention and then clean them. They arrive promptly and never miss an appointment. (The only rub came when they were on vacation and a substitute crew took their assignments. The quality dropped off. But when the issues were pointed out to management , they were quickly addressed.) I have been impressed with Queen of Maids from my initial contact, when I was seeking the deep cleaning and had a tight deadline to get it done. Any issues are addressed immediately. And with our regular cleaning team, there are no issues.

Phone and email interactions are top flight! Prompt, polite (really nice) Response time is amazing. Crew of two showed up and we very nice and professional. Super cleaning job!
