Response from Queen of Maids
If anything is missed during a cleaning, Queen of Maids will send a different cleaning team back out to re-clean the house at no additional charge. If for some reason the customer is still not happy, Queen of Maids will refund up to the entire service price. We want all of our customers to be happy. Unfortunately in this case the customer did not let us know that there was an issue with their cleaning. This review was the only feedback we received about the service, which was left about a month after the cleaning. We have great cleaning providers, but they are not perfect and there are occasions where something might be missed, which is why the cleaners do a final walk through with the customer after an appointment. If there are ever any issues, we work to fix or resolve them for the customer as soon as possible. Upon seeing this review I gave the customer a call to gather feedback and attempt to make any resolutions that could be made. The customer was reasonable, friendly, and gave us great feedback about how their cleaning went. After speaking with the customer, it appears that the cleaning team did in fact miss some things through the house. We ended up resolving the customers issues and refunded a portion of their cleaning to account for the things that were missed during the cleaning. We take pride in offering the best customer service around. We stand by our 200% happiness guarantee and we will always put our customer's first.
