 + -1 moreThe owner showed up to give estimate on time. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job, it took a little longer than they estimated. Price was what they quoted. He scheduled to be out on the last Saturday of each month. He did not show, I called and left voice message, had to call several times before I got him to answer. He scheduled a time and did not show and did not call. I had to call him several times, leaving messages each time, before getting him on the phone. Again he scheduled a time. Again he did not show up and did not call. I just asked him to show up today after 3:00 PM so that someone will be there. If he does not show today, it will be the 5th time he does not show. If that happens I will start the process of finding another company to do the job. If they start showing up on a monthly basis and always do the same level of quality work that they actually did on the initial job, I will more than happy at raising the rating that I am giving to them.
Description of Work: Cut the grass in the front yard trim all bushes in the yard so that they are not taller than the walls surrounding property. Trim any bushes that extend into any neighbors yards and any neighbors bushes extending into my yard. The Olive tree in Front yard needed to be trimmed so that we can walk under it without having to bend over. Had to trim the Olive tree so that it does not touch the neighbors house. The Vines in the back yard needed trimming so that I doesn't go into neighbors yards. Bushes near the swimming pool were blocking the walkway on the west side of the pool they trimmed it back. They have stated that they can fix the sprinkler system and add to it for a reasonable price, and would mean that we no longer need to go out and water any part of the yard. Yet have not shown up to actually do it.

 + 0 moreSolomon, the owner, and his crew showed up at the time he indicated. All of the work in the estimate was done plus the entire yard was raked and blown of trimmings and leaves which was not in the estimate. We were home at the time as watched as Solomon used a hand trimmer to make sure the work was done just so. You could tell that he took pride in his work. Work was done to our satisfaction and the work done was better than any other landscapers we have used.
Description of Work: 4 large ficus trees trimmed after frost damage 3 palm trees trimmed and "skined" large ornamental orange hedge trimmed entire yard blown of leaves and trimmings.
