Quail Run Landscapes, LLC

I received a card in my door advertising Quail Run Landscaping services. I also saw their truck as they were working on another job in my neighborhood. I gave them a call and left a message. They returned the call within a couple of hours and Carlos told me he was in the neighborhood and would come over and give me an estimate. He arrived very quickly and listened to what I had in mind. Everything went well and he made measurements and wrote down figures on his pad. When we were done he told me it would be about $5,300 for the job. He then said he would give me an itemized quote and send it by email. That was the last I had ever heard from him. No quote-no follow up phone call. Nothing. I felt if he really didn't want to quote the job he should have at least said so.

They are very reliable. They are good and I will continue to use them.

Throughout the bidding process, Carlos was responsive to my calls and questions. The crew arrived promptly and worked hard to complete the job in one full day. They did a very nice job installing the patio and granite and the yard was clean of all debris when they left.
