Description of Work: Quail plumbing was sent out to us by our contractor who while remodeling our bathroom dropped tiles down into our pipes. Quail was called to figure out how to remove the construction material, which was backing up our toilets and shower. They were very professional about it. Used a saw, one that they specialty ordered, that would fit safely in our 60 year old pipes, broke up the tiles and flushed out to the main sewer pipe. They also dropped a camera, to verify all material was gone and to show that they had caused no pipe damage. We looked at the video together. I give them a lot of credit for a successful job. My one concern was that when they reattached the toilet it seems to be a little off balance so I will have to have that looked at.
