The employee arrived on time, clean, with bootees on his feet (love this). He was quick to the task of removing the old cording which had frayed quite badly over five years (which he stated was a bit rare). The Moen insulator on the faucet cording on the pull-out was then replaced, tested and the work was tidied up. Travis, one of the owners, then arrived as well, checked over the work quickly, said hello to our Yorkie (he also has Yorkies) and everything works better than it ever did! This is the second time I have called on Pro Skill and they are honest and dependable. I find that there are many businesses which ignore phone calls and emails for service, or do not respond in a timely manner. Pro Skill has ALWAYS quickly responded to both telephone calls and appointment requests made online. I know they will always be fair in pricing, perform the work in a professional and diligent manner and exhibit kindness and respect.

My husband's home brewing experiment went horribly wrong when he dumped the remaining wort down the sink with the hops. It froze up the disposal and stopped up the sink and made the dishwasher backup. Travis was fantastic, and got out the same day. He was there when he told me he would be and worked very quickly. He did a great job and I will use him for all my plumbing needs going forward.

I called ProSkill Plumbing the morning of 7/16/12 & talked to Travis Ringe who advised what water heater would best suit my needs. He explained quality, effeciency. warranty & price. He informed me of a $75.00 rebate I was eligible for, also. He set up his service technician to replace my water heater that afternoon. The technician (Jason), arrived on time. He was respectful & friendly & not in a hurry to get in & out. The first thing Jason mentioned when he arrived was the rebate was no longer in effect from my utility company. He apologized for the mistake & said he would be taking $75.00 off my bill for this error. I was very impressed that this company stood behind what they quoted. I had many questions during the install & Jason happily took the time to answer them all. I have additional items around the house that need attention. I will gladly call ProSkill to the rescue & request Jason. Thank you ProSkill for making this a good experience.

They are so nice. They are honest and upfront people. They charge set prices and let the customer know what is going on. Outstanding people.

These guys are amazing. I decided to with them a few years ago because they are in Anthem and my home is in Tramonto. I like giving my business to companies that are in my immediate area. They don't charge to come out to look at your problem and they are usually available the same day or next day. My water heater died on me and they quoted me an excellent price on a high efficiency unit. The install was quick and they removed the old unit and cleaned up after themselves. Since my house has been a rental property for the past 3 years and I've been living out of town during that time, I've used them to replace the garbage disposal, shut down my soft water system (it's not working and a pipe underground is leaking), and service my R/O system. I'm moving back in the house at the end of June and will definitely use them to replace my soft water system as well as convert over to gas for my stove. A++ company.

I was removing the powder room fixtures in order to renovate the powder room, I had shut off the water and pulled the previous three compression fittings from the pipe. I couldn't get the new compression fittings to hold so I called Proskill. They came out within an hour on a Saturday and replaced the valves at a price that was less expensive the the installation of two valves I had paid another plumber to install on a previous project. Travis even took time to walk me through how they could install a water softener and give me a soft water line in the garage to provide soft water for washing my cars.

They have done several jobs for us. They are simply fantastic. Their responsiveness and communication stood out. The maximum we have spent with them on any job has been about $600. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were very nice and confident. They were 2 brothers, who did a good job and cleaned up well. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
