We've used them a couple of times. I would recommend them. My experience was very good. Their prices were good. The workmanship was good. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I would absolutely use them in the future.

This business was so good, I joined Angie's list just to give them a review. Starting with the estimate, they answered questions, I didn't even know I had. Told exactly what, and how it would be installed. Then they emailed two proposals, for me to chose my budget, and needs. Both prices were, "out the door" amounts. Therefore no surprises. No pressure on one or the other. They have total faith in their product. The whole crew is very knowledgeable, and organized. They scheduled 7am to 5pm, due to summer heat, were completely done, and cleaned up by 2 pm. I chose the wifi thermostat, they stayed and walked me through getting it set up to my wifi. Then after they left, I played with my "new" toy...oops. Couldn't get it back on wifi. They promptly called back, offered to come over the next morning before they left on vacation. Wow. I was able to get it back up before. Really , how nice was that! My electric bill has been $30-$50 less per month, AND we are much more comfortable. The quiet alone was worth the money. Yes, I love this company. I also use them for new reverse osmosis, and maintenance on water softener. That part of their business is wonderful also.

Beautiful job. It was a job I could have done myself. I chose not to do myself for timesaving reasons. I think they did a better job than I could have.

Called at 6:55 PM for Emergency Service would not come that evening or next day in Anthem. They stated they are no longer a 24 hour service company.

The technician showed up on time, introduced himself and then entered home with booties so as not to track any dirt in the house. He spent time indoors in the attic and outside doing a diagnostic test on my 2 A/C units. Upon completion he went over the report and told me no repairs were necessary this year but possibly a new capacitor next year. Most other companies would have tried to upsell the additional repair but they base their business on honesty and integrity. For a company run by such young professionals brothers, I am truly impressed with their company and how they operate their business.

I had no issues. I got the work done and they were on time so there were no problems. They were very good.

Travis arrived as scheduled on a Friday to inspect our system in preparation for submitting his bid. He measured the interior of the house to do a load calculation (another contractor giving a bid didn't bother to do this), and checked-over all of the systems' components both indoors and outside. On Monday he returned with his bid in which he showed three levels of systems to choose from. He went over the pluses and minus' of each, such as efficiency, noise, etc. After deciding to go with ProSkill a date was set for installation. Travis and his crew arrived on time and set to work removing the old components. They worked efficiently and quickly. The job took three days to complete but two HVAC systems and the water softener were replaced, along with installing a water pressure regulator and two outdoor hose faucets. The attention to detail shown by Travis and his crew makes me confident that they care about their craft and reputation. The proSkill bid was by no means the lowest we received, but the product (Trane) and the installation quality make me feel that I bought value. I would recommend anyone needing this type of work done, get a bid from ProSkill.

Patrick and his assistant did a fantastic job. They arrived on schedule, did the work (needed a return trip for final installation after drywall patch-up work was done), and left all work areas clean. The job couldn't have gone better. I'll definitely use them again if the need arises.

They are just timely and they did a good job. We used them 3 times.

He determined the cracked cap did not create a problem that might require replacement. Honest, prompt, very courteous! Definitely will call them again.

The plumber arrived on schedule and proceeded to get to work. When he noted we were new clients, he introduced himself. He was pleasant and efficient, careful of our home wearing booties inside. When he encountered a situation where the existing faucet had a rusted part and did not want to budge, he consulted with us before removing it in more than one piece (asked if we intended to use the old faucet at all). He also consulted with us when he found the space between the new faucet handle and raised portion of countertop might be too close a fit. He was able to install the new faucet turned ever so slightly to the side so it would have more clearance. It was a great solution and is not noticeable. The best thing about this service provider is that he went straight to work, no complaints or criticisms, He was knowledgable and courteous. He consulted with us when decisions were to be made. That is greatly appreciated. We had a couple other questions and he took a few minutes to check a faucet and give us advice about a quick do it yourself correction, rather than try to sell us something we probably didn't need. We would use this provider again.

Scheduling them to come out was fast and easy. They provided some options on whether to replace or repair. We opted to repair. Patrick came on sight and was prompt, provided us a courtesy call that he'd be there in 40 minutes and showed up in 40 minutes. He performed the service, checked to make sure everything was working. Extremely professional and a very nice person to deal with.

They showed up on time, actually early. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and fixed my AC unit to where it's working better than ever. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing or AC issues. You don't always get quality service and parts for less than what others charge.

He came out right on time. Found the problem within minutes, and had us contact the manufacturer to send us a new part. When the part comes in, we'll call him to replace it. This visit did not cost us a cent, he was very professional and know exactly what he was doing. I won't hesitate in using ProSkill again.

Service man arrived within the time promised, looked at the fixture to be repaired, made the repair within a short period of time, made suggestions re: maintenance of the pipe in the future.

Called ProSkill Plumbing Heating, & Air because our Water Heater was leaking. Travis (one of the owners) answered the phone and gave me a quote and said they would come the same day. They called to tell us they would be at our house in the next 15 min. They arrived on time, replace the Water Heater as quoted. Cleaned up after themselves and did an excelled job.(I am a retired Master Plumber and Plumbing Contractor for Wisconsin but now live in Arizona) We have used them before and have recommend them to others.

I love this company. My family and I have used them a few times and we are always more than satisfied. Their prices are very fair and they are always able to squeeze us into their schedule. The best part is they are very honest and will not try to rip you off.
