Jose was very professional and completed everything actually sooner than we thought and our yard looks absolutely beautiful. The price was more than fair as we did get other estimates. Installed drip system and also provided plants which was a plus. Installed artificial turf with Travertine tile edging. Filled yard with beautiful stone. Also ran the electrical for our Hot Tub. I would highly recommend Jose. Everything Jose did exceeded expectations.

Mr. Carter and his fence installer reassured me several times that no building permit was necessary due to the height of my fence. I repeatedly asked if a building permit was necessary, and was old, "no." When the job was completed, I received a notice from Maricopa County that I was in violation and, when I repeatedly contacted Me. Carter, I was finally told that I was being "too emotional" and that it to receive a permit would not be an easy process. I then, through the internet, found out that Mr. Carter's license was invalid due to failure to post bond. I then proceeded to obtain the building permit on my own. Mr. Carter's crew performed the work when I was at work. So, I just trusted that they were doing the work as assigned. However, I now have no grass in my yard, as Mr. Carter's crew merely placed sod over the gravel and plastic area in my yard - they did not remove the plastic and gravel and no topsoil was put down.
