He did not communicate well, would not return calls if you had questions. The not communicating was maddening. So now to the real problem when we had a hard rain in the fall the roof leaks on one side. I have called him and (I am not exaggerating when I say this) at least fifty times he called me back one time because when I got frustrated beyond belief at his lack of response I questioned his integrity. Not at all concerned with the leak just his integrity. He just said he was very busy and would get back to me. That was about three months ago and I haven't heard a word from him. Probably wont at this point. But I did call him last week just to give him a final chance to make this right and of course he hasn't bothered to call me. I even told him during that final conversation that I was contacting Angie's List, Better Business Bureau and whoever else might listen. He didn't seem a bit phased by any of these things. My warning is to avoid him like the plague!!!!
