 + -1 moreHe was extremely helpful. He told me how to take the lock out of my security door so that he could re-key it. That saved me probably about $50 or so for a house call. I didn't have to have him come out to the house because he was able to tell me how to remove the lock from my security door, and I took the lock into his store. He didn't charge me for coming out to the house or telling me how to do that. He just charged me to re-key the lock and it wasn't as much as I thought it was going to be. I have been back to him since then to have some keys made. He can do keys that they can't do at other places. Home Depot recommended him to me.
Description of Work: Pro-Lock & Safe re-keyed the lock of my security door. He has also made some keys for me.
