+ -1 moreLarry called us beforehand to let us know what time he would be there. He was very punctual. .After his intial assesment he told us what he could do with the shaded soiled areas. The job took about an hour since there was no furniture to be moved. We are very pleased with the results and would hire them again.

+ -1 moreHe showed up alone, so my husband and I helped him move all of the furniture. He left all of the carpets soaking wet and did not leave any protectors under the furniture. We had to have fans going for 2 days and we had to leave all of the windows open for cross ventilation to get the carpets dry. He also claimed he gave me a 20% discount for being an Angie's List member.
Description of Work: We had him clean 5 bedroom carpets. He cleaned the carpet in the hall and living rooms. He cleaned an area rug. We chose him because he claimed to be able to do rug repair. We had wrinkles in our carpet. He said he was not able to fix it because the backing may have separated from the carpet.

+ -1 moreI had a couple of stains on the carpet that I had tried to get out several times. I had even had other companies in to try to remove them, but failed so I didn't expect them to get them out, but they did. They called thirty minutes before they arrived. They even left a cleaning kit for in between cleanings.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet in my family room.
