Description of Work: (Last used, two years ago.) | |I live in a condominium unit. When mechanical repairs or checkups needed to be done, the servicemen seemed reliable and even helpful, but I have learned (from my experiences and through conversations with other ex-clients) not to trust owner. Repairs I was told were finished, were not finished and problem remained. (Precise owner's suggested solution was to get white noise machine.) Another time, work was done (padding on a.c. roof unit was installed) and then, three days later, behind my back, padding was removed and I was deliberately led to believe that problem could not be fixed. | |Was pressured by Precise to have semi-major repairs performed, along with a neighbor, only to research and find that problem was neither mine nor neighbor's. | |I have found owner too untrustworthy too often and would not use Precise again. | |

 + -1 moreAfter a pretty serious shake-down attempt by one of the top-rate A/C maintenance companies on Angie's List, these guys came out and fixed the problem quickly and inexpensively. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my under-performing A/C unit as a slight freon deficiency and, got back to blowing cold air again. It is still working great two months later.
Description of Work: Recharged my A/C unit.

Repairs and replacement of air conditioning and heating systems is also part of our service. Air flow dynamics, duct work integrity, design and installation. We have highly trained technicians and the office staff is knowledgeable as well to common AC and heating problems and we are always available for consultation at no cost. We do not charge for estimates for replacement.
