Description of Work: I called and made an appointment for a late morning several days later to replace a house hose bib which was leaking. The scheduler was personable and efficient. The plumbing dispatcher called the morning of the appointment and wanted to move the appointment several hours later to the early afternoon, which was okay with me. He was friendly and took note of my specific requests. The plumber arrived on schedule and was quick and professional and did a nice job, meeting my specific requests and expectations. My only complaint is that we did not receive a quote for the work until after it was finished. However, I talked to the dispatcher and we amicably agreed to a reasonable price, so no problem in the end.

Description of Work: Pools Plus Services cleans my pool. He does monthly service so he comes weekly during the summer and every other week during the winter.
