Norm has done some work for us previously, including an acid wash and calcium line removal. He always responds within several hours of our request, and has provided excellent service. He is always on-time, and the job is complete when he says it will be done. His rates are very reasonable, and he is able to get better prices on the same equipment sold at the larger pool supply companies. We will use Norm again - no need to look anywhere else.

We have been using Poolguys for over 10 years for various pool needs and services, and have been happy with Norm and the service he provides. For this particular repair, Norm answered my initial call within the hour and had everything completed within 4 days as promised. Everything went really smoothly, now, we have a couple of other issues with our pool taken care of along with this service call.

Poolguys' Norm Nelson submitted a competitive bid in a very timely and professional manner. He explained completely what he would do and offered a few suggestions. He gave us a complete schedule of what would be done when and met that schedule perfectly. He did not push us to do anything other than what we originally asked for. The Pebble Tek surface is over 15 years old and we were concerned about a color match - it matches perfectly. As of late this morning, the pool is full again with all the necessary start-up chemicals, courtesy of Norm. It is a job very well done and I would not hesitate to use Norm again or recommend his company.
