+ -1 moreSpecifically, they identified problems with the clorination system and level of salt in the pool, along with a problem with the pool light. Another company, hired by the seller, actually did the repairs.
Description of Work: Assess the pool and equipment at a home we were purchasing; pointed out about $500 worth of repairs that were needed but not identified by the general home inspection we had done. We were successful in having these addressed by the seller before closing. We also used the firm at our former home for regular pool care ($100 per month) and been very satisfied.

+ -1 moreI've used this company for years. They always do good work and will take the time to explain things to you. The only downside to them is they are so busy, sometimes it takes several days to weeks to get them out to your house. They do show up when they say they will. During my most recent experience they came out in two days and did an as usual great job on repairing a plumbing leak. Repair guys Chris and Walt do great work! Also, the owner, Diane is very pleasant to work with and most helpful with minor issues that don't need a technician.

+ -1 moreWE'D BEEN GONE. THE POOL PUMP HAD GONE OUT AND IT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE HAD FILLED THE POOL WITH SPLIT PEA SOUP. I CALLED AND THEY HAD SOMEONE OUT THE FOLLOWING MORNING. HE ADJUSTED THE PUMP AND TREATED THE WATER, MAKING SUGGESTIONS AS TO HOW I MIGHT FURTHER TREAT IT MYSELF IF IT DIDN'T CLEAR UP. WITHIN 24 HOURS IT WAS BACK TO SPARKLING BLUE WATER AND HAS BEEN RUNNING FINE EVER SINCE.
Description of Work: GOT MY POOL PUMP UP AND RUNNING AND CLEARED UP THE POOL WATER.
