I was treated as a customer. They wanted to make me happy. I was very pleased with the work and the timely manner in which it was done. I would recommend them highly . I was able to put the payments on my charge card which allowed me to obtain points for travel. Very pleased.

Project completed in the time frame promised. Kept me informed during construction.

Steve and Carmine did a great job of re-plastering, tiling and installing a new pump to our 30 year old pool. Also did some demo work to patio and old red-brick spa. In and out fast and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't be more happy with my beautiful new pool and decking!

They came in, did the job and were done in four days. Pool looks great.

The work done was excellent. There was some miscommunication on their ability to shape or field cut travertine stone work. We did come to a good conclusion for the project. Our project was small compared to the scale of projects that they normally would do. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to expand their suppliers of both tile companies (3x3 seem to be an issue) and maybe couple with a marble/granite stone supplier.

Called Pool Innovations for my 30 year old plaster pool to be chipped out and redone. Carmine came out and gave an estimate. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything went smoothly and was done as planned within 10 days. Got estimates from several other companies but felt most comfortable with Pool Innovations. Went with Caribbean Blue Pebbletec per Carmine's recommendation. Have been swimming an enjoying my new pool all week!

Carmine the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The crews that did the work were on time, clean up after themselves, and most importantly---KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING. They were well organized, had lots of experience and it showed! Steve always makes customers feel important and takes care of them. YES, we would hire them again!

The workmanship is great and I am pleased with the end product. The initial visit to discuss what I wanted was positive and the sales rep very personable and enthusiastic. The work started on time but several delays dragged out this project from 2 to 4 weeks. Communication was great the first 2 weeks but after that I had to leave messages with the answering service even during the daytime hours. My filter pipes were mislabeled so I had a hard time with initial filter start-up but someone came out that evening and figured it out. Follow through clean-up still has not happened 5 weeks out. I am still waiting for an aerator spout. I suspect a leak that was not detected and am waiting for someone to come out and assess this problem.

Did everything they promised to do and on schedule. It is all I ask of any contractor and so few deliver.

Other contractors quoted less but Pool Innovations offered one week completion of the job. I've heard so many horror stories about broken promises from contractors, but Pool Innovations did complete the job in one week. The entire team was professional and courteous. IMO, well worth the extra cost.

We were skeptical since it's a 2nd home and we couldn't be there to monitor the work and since I'm in the customer service industry, I tend to be very critical and have high expectations. However, Chase was very patient, professional and a man of his word. He and his entire crew from scheduling to workers were fast, professional and finished ahead of schedule, just as he said. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. We even ended up hiring him for weekly pool maintenance too. Great job!

Pool Innovations did a wonderful job on our pool renovation. They added a travertine coping, new pool tile and a pebble finish. Just as we asked. Our pool looks new. We are very pleased and would highly recommend this company to others.

when we signed the contract we were told that the pool would be completed in 35 calendar days. We signed the contract in February and the pool was finished May 15. They would tell us people would be out to work on a certain day and then they would come several days after that so we were lied too often about when they were coming. The pool, finally completed seems ok and looks nice but certainly they didn't live up to their time commitment and lied about when people were coming out. We had to be there because of our dogs and found ourselves staying home and then no one showed up.

Lowest bid by far of the three I got. All work completed in the time frame specified and the pool looks great.

Pool Innovations is a very professional company. They had excellent crews for every phase of our pool and deck remodel. The owner/project manager responded to our requests for changes and questions thoroughly and immediately. The finished project is beautiful and met or exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Pool Innovations to others. We will surely hire them again for future pool and deck projects.
