They were the lowest price of 3 quotes. Carmine was very friendly and easy to work with. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. My pool turned out beautiful!

The color of the pebble did not come out the color we were expecting. There was not "tons" of glass and abalone used as promised. Crews did not always clean up after themselves. They always seemed rushed and even threw garbage over our view through fence out into the desert. Communication between crews and the foreman was lacking. We would ask for something to not be done and it was done anyway. The pebble tec crew did not do the best job in the hot tub as they were rushed because they had to redo it. They forgot to put the glass and abalone in the 1st time around. They put new fittings in that looked terrible. We finally got them to order the correct ones that fit into the wall as it was supposed to be. When the lady called for the final payment, she seemed very rude and short with me. Definitely left a bad impression. No thanks for your business or hope you will recommend us in the future. It just seemed like a "give me the money, see ya" attitude.

Project: remodel a swimming pool. Both Carmine and Steve did a great job keeping me informed and answering my questions. The work on the pool was done on time and was quality work. The pool looks great.

Carmine came to my house to give me a quote and he actually listened to what I wanted, had ideas or thoughts based on my questions, and stayed to go through the color, tile and pebbletec choices. I had my pool completely remodeled/renovated, demolishing the old "flintstone house waterfall" feature, all fake boulders and the rolled pebbletec along the edges. Carmine was wonderful and their prices were extremely good. Of all the companies I tried to get quotes from, Carmine was the ONLY one who stayed, listened and helped pick out the details. Once selected, the workers showed up on time, worked really hard, and always cleaned up after themselves. They completed the entire pool renovations, deck repair and resurfacing project in 9 working days - basically 2 weeks for this huge project!! I absolutely LOVE my new pool and patio now!! I can't say more about what a great experience this was and I highly recommend Carmine and his teams for any project. Trustworthy, friendly, honest and no hidden charges ever!

Pool looks great ! Need to inspect after work is done so they don't have to come back out. Other than that, they made it right. Very happy with end result.

Overall great job! Quality of work was good. It would have been nice to have better communication as far as the next step in the remodel.

Billie, their job supervisor. Is not customer oriented in fact just the opposite. Very difficult to get warranty work done and they left a huge mess afterwards.

We just had Pool Innovations completely redo our pool. They replaced the tile, pebbledecked the pool and redid all the decking! The pool now looks bran new! They met their time commitment and communication with us throughout the process was awesome! I'm a realtor and I'll be recommending them to all my clients! We couldn't be happier! R

They did everything they said they would. They did the pool faster then the estimated time frame. The workers were professional and respectful of my property. It was a wonderful experience

The end job was very pleasing. It was quite the process to get there. I would recommend establishing some expectations and maybe providing more detailed preparation documents. Keep in mind, that the average person will not always understand how the process should lay out or how long certain things will take. Communicating these upfront with realistic times would have saved a lot of heart ache. We were quite concerned at a couple of points and almost scuttled the project. All said and done, we are quite with the results.

No one who actually did work at our pool could speak English, communications was very difficult. The number provided by the owner (which was supposedly his phone number) only went to an answering service. Messages left with the answering service were never returned....very frustrating!! The person who drained the pool didn't connect the hoses correctly and salt water flooded my neighbors yard and the water is killing their plants....they wouldn't pay for replacement plants that they killed. I had to actually unplug their pool pump when the pool was drained or the pump would have run all night....but they didn't care about how unprofessional and inconsiderate that was to me!! The work area was not cleaned up and we had to hold the final payment to force them to actually clean up their mess!! The owner is a joker!! We have spread the word around our community to never engage with this company!! We'd never recommend this company, and we're shocked this company actually was on the approved list by Home Advisor, we'll never go with another contractor from Home Advisor, obviously they don't screen their contractors or this clown wouldn't be on their listing.

The customer aspect was phenomenal. I am always willing to spend more if I am made to feel comfortable with a company. Pool Innovations was very engaging, communicative and met every time frame they laid out for us.
