This was the fastest project I have ever had done. The guys were all really nice and were willing to explain what they were doing. When one crew missed something, their quality control guy quickly fixed the problem. The pool is beautiful and the Kool deck looks great!

Carmine was very open and honest with me when I was getting bids for this project. I had three companies bid and went with Pool Innovations because of Carmine. He was alwasy available for questions during the process and I love my newly re-surfaced pool!

Stay away from this company. This company is soulless

The work crews came in on time, prepared, and wasted no time. They really knew what they were doing. The quality of work was excellent. I'm glad I chose this company for my pool project.

10/2021 If you are considering having work done on your pool deck I highly advise you Do NOT use POOL INNOVATIONS LIC #ROC 238508. We had our deck redone January 2019. We had them come out first time 7/2019 to repair areas that were coming up. The second time was 10/2019. The third time was 5/2020. The third time they redid ALL of the deck. We were under a 2 year warranty. So the next time was 1 year from the last time they were here and redid the whole deck. When I notified them 6/2021 I was told a you are out of warranty. I wrote a letter to them asking if we could work with them? Did I have any options? We NEVER heard a word from them. We contacted the Registrar of Contractors. They ruled in favor of Pool Innovations because of the 2 year warranty. POOL INNOVATIONS does your deck with installation and product that does NOT last 2 years. We paid $4000.00 for a deck that does NOT last 1 year. DO NOT USE POOL INNOVATIONS Kim T Hill R

The pool looks great. They did the job start to finish in about a week. Carmine and Manny were friendly, professional, and always helpful. The company required no upfront money. I would hire them again.

Workers were subcontractors, not enployees. Salesman lied about that. They brought the wrong tiles then insisted i install them. i refused and finally got the right ones. The office staff, admin and owner, were very difficult. Workers were great.

Great company. Work was fast and very thorough. Carmine is fantastic, nice, and does not try to oversell you on anything that you don't need.

Overall the value for the money was good. There were a couple of communication issues so my advice would be to over communicate.

Happy with the results

Right off, Pool Innovations did our pool so beautifully that I have not seen another that can compare. From beginning to end, every step of the way, our pool was done to perfection. #1, demolition was very nicely done with no mess, #2, our tile selection was terrific, in fact, a tile so new no other pool has it, yet, #3, masterfully applied mini pebble WITH abalone shells makes our pool the envy of others, #4, the final clean up showed us how professional this company is...can't find a single mess anywhere. We interviewed 6 companies but Pool Innovations set our mind at ease by assuring us of several concerns making our decision easy. The thing that owners will discover is the final outcome; a spectacular, beautiful and eye appealing pool that will bring lasting satisfaction and add value to your home. A great crew, removed old pool lining in 6 hours and completed the project in time and cleaned up meticulously after they were finished. We would hire this company again in a minute.

clarification on customer service. Carmine--the owner is a really nice guy..and has competitive pricing. His assistant in the office --Billie is super helpful--above and beyond. Can't say too much about the project manager I had on my project--maybe others are better--AND, yes the kool-decking and the pebble tech came out nicely
