This is an extremely well organized company with professional, competent sub-contractors. They arrive when they say, bring a full crew to do the work of the day and are gone. I had two issues, but hired them anyway because of the positives: (1) my pool project was for a very small pool which meant that their minimum charge kicked in and ended up costing more than I thought it would for the small size. But the work done was superb. But it just lowered the value for the money somewhat. (2) we had a small disagreement about the design of the new edge around the pool. We fixed it ourselves with another contractor, and the cost was not a big deal. It's just that they could've been a bit more imaginative in solving that problem. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend them. The pool looks great. Carmine is very easy to deal with.

Carmine is the best, keeps in touch with you. Call or Text he replies very quickly. Has great guys working for him, there s like five different teams. They come in and get the job done ASAP. I ve had 3 Pools re-done in the past, And Pool Innovations surpassed previous contractors by far! What a Beautiful job they did!

They worked well with the timing that I needed to get the job done and they did very good finish work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants pebble tech for sure.

This company does great work from start to finish they redid my pool in one week which was an awesome turn around from cracking out the old plaster to replastering with the pebble everything looks spectacular I definitely recommend this company

Good people - Honest - Fast turn a round

Overall, schedule was met ahead of time though we never knew when the work was going to occur. They would just show up with no warning and at all times of the day, sometimes morning, sometimes 5pm. Thorough cleanup of the job was not done and material was sucked into pool equipment causing catastrophic damage to both popup gear assemblies. $700 later it was back to normal. They did reimburse me half of this amount ($350)after I contacted them There are many blotchy areas all around the pool where the material was inconsistently washed before filling and the surface looks mottled. We have an alleged lifetime warranty with these guys, but I fear finding out what that means in the event we really need it. They were the highest price company we talked to, and I felt like based on what we had been told, better safe than sorry and spend the extra money. This time that theory did not pay off. Overall, could not in good conscience recommend them and we are pretty disappointed in what we got for what we spent.

They did a great job and on time. Had some trouble at the end getting every little thing completed but very satisfied with our pool remodel

The company did an excellent job and returned calls promptly. The work was very well done and the pool and deck look amazing. The only reason I didn t rate 5 stars is the payment and work schedules were not clear, which made planning around this a bit challenging.

We are very happy with the results. There was a little lag time between stages due to scheduling issues, so it took a little longer than expected. The pool looks great.

Never lived through a pool remodel before. Very noisy and messy. The project took longer than expected due to rain. The finished product looks great. Nice job.

The pooled turned out great! We are very happy with the results. Glad to be rid of that peeling paint nightmare and yay autofill! Issues: Communications could be better. They wanted payment as parts of the job completes. Which is great. The problem is, we couldn't tell when the they were done with something. For example, the final step was start up chemicals. They did this and didn't tell us when they were done. The wife mistook the powder that she brushing up as residue from the new surface and proceeded to vacuum up the chemicals. They were rather hard to schedule for the initial quote. They would only schedule 7am-2pm. Which pretty much is our work schedules. 2:30 pm was right out. Very minor, but you might have to take time off.

Pool Innovations completely transformed my swimming pool from a plaster disaster to the beautiful blue diamond view in my backyard. I can't recommend PI enough - a special note on the project manager, Carmine, who was great and really helped move the process along.

Highly recommend Pool Innovations. They stayed on there quoted timeframe without delays. Workers were respectful and did a great job with clean up. Work quality is high.
