great people to work with got the job done on time and it looks great

The company was always on time and it was very easy to plan with them. They were very efficient (brought in tons of people when necessary when they chipped out the pool or replastered it) and everything was done within a week and exactly the time frame they were predicting. They forgot to put in the small diamonds on the stairs as they promised but that was only a minor thing. Their price was 2/3rds of three other competitors for the same type of work.

We hired them but we are waiting for the tile to come in before they start. So Far they have been good.

I had communication issues with the pool company. I could not get the owner to respond to my calls. The work was completed very timely. There were two issues that took me weeks to get resolved. The salesperson Randy was outstanding in attempting to assist with the problem. Once I spoke with the subcontractor the issues were resolved immediately.

I don't think these people ever take a day off. In the days from start to finish they have either worked directly in the pool area or with me over the phone every day of the week.

Fast, efficient, and did a great job in resurfacing my diving pool with pebblesheen aggregate. I checked out many companies and Pool Innovations came out on top, I gave them the job and now I can honestly say that I too, am a happy client. Fast, efficient, and professional in every way.
