PINNACLE ROOFING AND PAINTING

Obviously a huge job. Multiple roofs, flat and tile pitched, new fascia, new tong and groove, new everything. This company did an unbelievable job. Great communication, a lot of specifics, a dedicated english speaking crew and a very sharp eye to detail and problem work-a-rounds/solutions. I plan on staying at the home for a very long time so attention I needed a well engineered roof. From roof tear off to final seals and paint, this company was onsite with multiple crewmen for three weeks. My neighbors and developer friends were literally commenting on the workmanship and materials used. I literally have a well designed roof, the will last me a long time. Really good work, can't say enough. When you spend 30k+ on one existing residential roof job this big it can make you nervous. I interviewed about nine roofers and these guys were one of the higher bidders and I understand why. Good money spent, glad I chose them. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Run as fast as you can from this firm. They first came out to fix a leak on one side of the house. Even though they were hard to get a hold of (first clue), we used them as all other roofers had such a long wait time and we wanted to get this leak taken care of before the monsoons. In estimating, they said they should do the entire side of the house to fix the leak, and to reflash the skylights. Our first experience with them wasn't that painful (at least it stopped the leak in the bathroom), so I foolishly put them to work fixing two other leaks. Despite their 5 year no leak warranty, both of these leaks (one in the back bathroom and one over the fireplace) have continued and only get worse. Repeated attempts to get a hold of anyone at the company have been useless; they are totally on-responsive to all calls. In finally going with another company(because these leaks are just getting worse), I found out that the work Pinnacle did did not meet code, that they did not do the work that was written in the contract and basically we were ripped off!!! However, since it is more than 2 years since they did their initial work (yes - that's how long I've been working on this), I could not get any help from the Registry of Contractors. So I filed a complaint with the Attorney General, but don't expect to see many results.
