+ -1 moreHe has been wonderful! He does the inside and out and comes out once a month. I've been using him at least 5 years. He's thorough and he handles anything I point out.

+ -1 moreThis is a vacation home that we have there. Our house manager has used them, so we kind of inherited the service. It seems to be okay. We are neither extremely satisfied nor extremely dissatisfied.
Description of Work: We have a year round maintenance plan with Pinnacle Pest Control for pest control. We have used them for 6 years. They come around quarterly.
