PIGEON EXPERTS OF GREATER PHOENIX

I have used Jim twice now. Both times he responded quickly, did great work, and the results have lasted. I first used him at a rental home that had a problem with pigeons roosting in the home entryway. He cleaned it out and installed discrete barriers to keep them out. That was three years ago and no pigeons have returned. I used him again recently to eliminate pigeons from a barn roost area in the back of our property. Again, he responded promptly, cleaned the area out and installed anti-pigeon devices that are working great. We had fought with both problems and tried resolving them to no avail. Jim solved our problems both time. I have no problem recommending him.

I am pleased with the service we received. A lot of work was able to be discussed and negotiated while I was out of town, which I appreciated. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. We had a lot of debris removed from our roof including a nest. My only complaint was a lot of the debris was left in the yard below where the nest was taken from. I would have liked more clean up/removal of the pigeon poop. Overall, I was pleased, and would recommend them to a friend.

I had pigeons that were perched on my window sills and needed to get rid of them. I called Jeff and he Called me back right away and came out the next day. After looking over the house said he could install spikes that day for $598. He said that the pigeons were perching on the windows with the overhangs and I needed the spikes there. He said that would get rid of the pigeons. I agreed. He did the work. A couple of weeks after he finished the job the pigeons started coming back and perching on another window -- this window did not have an overhang. I called him back and explained the situation to him. He said he would come back but it would be more money. I was unhappy because when he came out the first time I asked him to get rid of the pigeons. I wasn't willing to pay more $$ -- why didn't he just put the spikes on all of the windows the first time. It wasn't a question of the money -- he set the price and I agreed to pay -- all I wanted was to get rid of the problem. I didn't want to have him come back out to keep adding spikes and keep charging more money. Just do the job right the first time.

I had called a couple of times and when Jeff returned from out of town he called and came out the same day to see what was necessary to fix the problem. He gave me a quote. The next day he called to see if he could complete the job. Everything went great and hopefully we will be rid of the disgusting mess that the pigeons make.

Jeff came by to inspect the solar panels and then gave me an estimate a couple of days later. I scheduled him to do work & he showed up on time. He cleaned up the pigeon mess from under my solar panels, and installed bird proofing to keep them out.

Called Jeff yesterday. He was able to come this morning--he arrived at the scheduled time. He applied something to the top of the chimney to, hopefully, deter woodpeckers from "drilling" on the chimney top. Remains to be seen if it's effective, but I'm optimistic. Jeff was very nice; professional.

It went well. Scheduling was fairly easy and they were professional.

Jeff contacted me immediately after my inquiry and showed up the following day. He provided a reasonable quote and started the work. He removed the nest, sanitized the area and installed a mesh screen to eliminate future issues. He even cleaned up the droppings around the driveway. Great job and very punctual service. We purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for a package of Pigeon Clean Up and Nest Prevention. Jeff contacted us promptly after we purchased the deal and we managed to set up an appointment very quickly. He actually was able to come out earlier than planned. After his initial inspection, Jeff informed us that we had 3 areas on our roof where the pigeons have set up nests. The pictures he took on his Ipad were really helpful to us and helped us see the extent of the problem. The Big Deal package (as stated on the document, we were aware of that) covered only one area. We paid extra for the other two areas and Jeff gave us a very good deal for the other two areas. He then proceeded to clean up and sanitize all three areas and installed the screens. He had to leave in the middle of the day to check on his other projects, but he came back as promised and proceeded to finish the whole project until right after dark. He worked very diligently and cleaned up after himself. Overall we are very happy with our experience and the end results.

The work was well done now I just have to wait and see if it works and keeps the birds from perching on our house.

Deceptive advertising on Angie's List for this service. It caused me to have a false expectation of what the service entails, as the provider had a very limited offer that was not very apparent on the Angie's List offer, and of course at the time of the service, the cost went up tremendously and I declined the services I thought I was to get for the stated charge on Angie's List. Will not use this service again and I am greatly dissappointed in the services offered on Angies List as it seems to be a "bait and switch" system.

He came on time, was friendly, and did a thorough job. He told me where there was evidence of pigeon favorite areas on my roof and took pictures while he was up there to show me what everything looked like. Then suggested areas that he could put wire to prevent them from landing and/or nesting. I had him build the wire cages around 2 of the areas I was concerned about. I was also concerned they would be obvious to see when looking at my house but surprisingly you really have to be looking for them to see the cages so I'm very pleased. He did a thorough job of powerwashing, removing some dead pigeons and all the mess they made and got everything cleaned up nicely before he left. He did a great job.

It went well. He was communicative and got right to his job. I have not seen any pigeons in that area since then.

I have used several of the Angie's List coupons and for the most part found them to at least be worth the money spent. I just had a very unusual experience with 'Pigeon Experts of Greater Phoenix'. I apparently misunderstood what the coupon was actually for. ONLY for pigeon messes and pigeon nests on the house itself. He told me there was NOTHING he could help me with. I have bird messes on my patios, furniture, and vehicles and nests in my trees. Jeff just stopped in and told me the coupon only applied to issues that I did not have. I cannot afford to pay $149 for nothing at all. Please help, I thought it was a regular package service they applied as a cleanup/preventative service.

Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated him listening to all of my concerns and giving me helpful advice on what I can do to help prevent the problem. I actually created the problem by feeding the birds which turned into a pigeon fest and they took over my house and the neighbors. I needed professional help and he definitely provided that. Much appreciated.

Responded quickly to initial inquiry. Showed up on time, did a great job, and was pleasant to work with. Professional.

Jeff appeared to do a thorough job, making sure to remove the nest and mess left by the pigeons. He did a good job installing wire mesh and guarantees the work. He showed up on time and took care of the problem after agreeing on the work & price, so it was nice not having to arrange another visit. Only minor complaint is he was hard to pin down for an apt day and time -- once we did, no problem.

Jeff was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about his business. He did not try to oversell me and, in fact, threw in one service free of charge. (He also had a pleasant attitude and was cute!)

Jeff Wolf is my hero! He responded so rapidly and took care of my pigeon nesting problem. He even cleaned up everything so well. After a few unsuccessful attempts at getting a response from the Pigeon Guy, I finally called Pigeon Experts of Greater Phoenix and Jeff was there the next day. I am so impressed with his expertise and his friendliness. Thank you for saving my day and responding quickly! When you have a pigeon problem, you don't want to wait to get things cleaned up!

Jeff did an outstanding job. He turned a nasty bird situation into a great long term solution. What I liked best about Pidgeon Experts is their meticulous attention to the details. Jeff's work was impressive. Throughout the project he continually offered suggestions to enhance the work. In addition to the spikes on the chimney, Jeff custom installed the mesh screens around all the wood beams above our front door. The screens were done so well it looks like it was part of the original design. Please do not waste your time looking at any other bird control company, as Pidgeon Experts of Greater Phoenix will make you happy.

The pigeons were gone after the Pigeon Expert had finished. I have not seen a pigeon or its poop since! Very happy with the service.

Jeff Wolf was very professional at all times. He always informed us in advance of any change in his work schedule. He worked continuously while of the property. Completed fully the task at hand and left a very clean area behind him.

Due to the recent severe storms in our area, I noticed that two of the spike panels had come off one of the window ledges on my house. These were placed in March 2013. I immediately called Jeff to have him to out and replace/repair the area with the missing spikes. Jeff called me back promptly and did not hesitate to make an appointment and come repair the area. The work was guaranteed and Jeff repaired the spikes (which we found on the ground) for free. Since the work Jeff did last year, I have not had any pigeon problems on my house! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone that has pigeon problems!

After he provided his services, my pigeon problem/population has been greatly reduced. Satisfied with the service and am monitoring to see if we need to touch up any other areas of the house.

They came out to give me an estimate and upon agreeing on price quoted, they returned when promised to install screening on areas of my house that were prone to pigeon and dove nesting. They did a great job. Very neat and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely use and recommend this company.
