Jeff took spent 20 mins with me and around the house and promised to send a quote the next day. I called him 2-3 days later and asked for a quote; was promised to have it next day. Needless to say quote never showed up.

It went really well. Jeff worked really hard in the heat and he has good guarantees. Lifetime on some and 10 years on other projects. The fee was very reasonable for the results.

I called Jeff on Friday, May 19 and was directed to his voicemail which was full. He saw my call and called me back within a minute. He said he could be out there that day to take a look and give me an estimate but ended up calling me back later that afternoon and rescheduled for Saturday morning because he ran behind on a few jobs. Totally expected considering I called him only earlier that day. Saturday morning he arrived exactly when he said he would, surveyed my roof and told me his recommendations. He let me know he'd have a quote for me on Monday, May 22, which I received on that day and scheduled the him to come complete the work on Tuesday, May 23. Jeff completed the work and didn't require us to be home. Jeff's work is high quality and I highly recommend Jeff and Pigeon Experts for any of your Pigeon needs. I feel like he was very honest and didn't recommend more than was needed, which I feel the previous pigeon company had done. Jeff was very professional and exactly what I look for when I need to get work done to my house.

Jeff came to my house, confirmed there was a bird in the chimney, removed it and put a screen on so birds won't get in again. He was responsive to my call and prompt in coming to my home. The situation was resolved in a professional manner. I was very relieved to have the bird removed so quickly and humanely.

They looked at where the birds were nesting and provided screen around the areas so the birds couldn't come back. It was good, he touched base with me and was able to solve my pigeon problem so far. He was on time, we had a issue and he came back the next day and everything was completed when I came home.

I called Jeff, and he came out the same day , analyzed the situation, and began the work. He finished the following day. The results were attractive, and the barriers fit the openings perfectly. He did a great job, but he wasn't really friendly and not real upfront with his costs. It didn't work the first couple days and he told us we had to spray them with water and after a couple days they won't come back because they don't want to get sprayed. He did good work.

We primarily live out of the area and Jeff was always easy to reach, even when he was out if town himself. He set before and after pictures with description of the pigeon infestation. Completed all of the work quickly and within the estimated amount. Worked great, no mote pigeons! Then we added a pergola to the house and created more places for the birds. Jeff came out again and took care of the additional work with no problems. Result, still no pigeons!!! We never have even met face to face, just phone, email and text. Very professional and responsive!

Jeff was professional and completed all the work in one day which included a combination of screening and spikes. There were 3 areas in which the pigeons were nesting/sitting/pooping and Jeff took the proper controls to eliminate their access to these areas as well as clear their mess. I felt his prices was fair for the amount of work which needed to be done.

Jeff came out to our house to give us a quote for pigeon prevention setup. He quickly was able to give me the quote after talking through what I wanted and the price was very reasonable and he was able to do the work right then. Went great, Jeff did all we had talked about and finished quickly. Very pleased with the work

Came when expected. Pigeons (flying rats) evicted.

Birds are still appearing in the area under the eave. I called Jeff regarding this and he said give it a few weeks and they'll eventually go away. I texted that they were still there after 4 weeks and again after 6 weeks. Now I am being told it will cost more money to handle the problem My concern was the $230 originally spent really didn't do what I was told it would cost to solve the problem. Jeff states that he did solve the problem in the fact that they no longer nest under the eave. A technicality? I guess. Materials couldn't have cost more than $20 with the rest for his time. I think that paying over $110 an hour is too much. Hard to find people who are in business for themselves to backup what they promise. As long as they have their money, then they really don't care about how good their service really was.

It went well. The woodpecker have not returned.

We made an appointment for him to come over and assess the pigeon problem. He arrived on time inspected the the roof and made several suggestions as to what he would do to help deter and get rid of the birds. It took him a day and part of another to finish the job. The price seemed reasonable compared to another company I used in the past. I recommend him, and I told him I would like him to evaluate the barriers and deterrents in a couple of months to make sure it's all working well.
