+ -1 moreJeff was fantastic! He came out and gave a quote and was able to do the work on the spot. He found that we had two nests on our roof and several dead birds. He cleaned up the dead birds and cleaned up the poo. He sealed up the two nesting areas to ensure that they don't return. He made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

+ -1 moreAfter I contacted Pigeon Pros about preventing pigeons from roosting under my solar panels I had a quick response and received a visit to receive a bid. The rep came out an examined the roof and advised me that I had a number of broken roof tiles. He seemed hesitant to provide a quote until I had the tiles repaired. We played phone tag for several weeks and I was asked if I had the tiles repaired yet. I asked if I could just get the bid as I was still working with the company that damaged my tiles in an attempt to have them repaired. I was told that I would have a bid sent over to perform the pigeon remediation that afternoon and I did not receive the bid or any future phone calls. All in all they seemed good but lack of follow-up caused me to go with another company.

Description of Work: I had a terrible problem with pigeons nesting around my chimney. They were making a big mess on the side of the house and on the patio. I finally called a few companies to have them removed. No one called back. Then I called Pigeon Pros. Someone answered right away and actually came out the same day. He put up spikes and screened off the chimney. He was very knowledgable, friendly and completed the job quickly. I was very pleased. The pigeons have not returned.

+ 0 moreThe gentlemen was very nice and had a great personality, he got onto my roof and reported that there were no visible signs of any pigeon activity. He then explained he would get the hose out and spray down my roof. Once he was done he told me he was leaving. I then the next day went outside and found all the dust from the roof was on the sides of my home, the front of my yard, on my lawn furniture and it was a mess. I had to go out the next day and clean the dust off of everything. I liked the man who came out to do the work however I feel as though for what i paid he should of cleaned up the dust behind him. My expectations were not met however the experience was ok.

The job took several days and I felt he was reasonably priced for all the clean up needed in some difficult areas. He even went the extra mile and replaced a screen that had blown off one of our upstairs windows. Our neighbors hired Jeff the day after he finished at our house! I definitely recommend Pigeon Pros.

+ -1 moreCall him Monday evening and left a message. Call was returned the next morning and tentatively scheduled estimate the day after that. Confirmed later that Tuesday evening. Arrived on time and explained the areas needing work and provided estimate. This was my second estimate to take care of the pigeon nests and prevention of future nesting. Below the other estimate by over a couple hundred dollars (though the other guy was going to provide color matching of the wire mesh which did not matter much to me as no HOA). With the price difference and already read the many positive reviews on here; I did not hesitate to go ahead and hire the man. Said that he would get to work on it right then. I pulled out of my driveway as he got to work. Called me about ~5 hours later stating he was done. Went back to check the work and was happy with the results. Found a couple minor wire mesh cuttings left around the yard but no biggie.
Description of Work: Clear out pigeon nests and their waste (power washed waste away). Placed bird barriers hardware cloth around the 2 pillars of my front door as well as 3 additional areas of my roof that would easily provide additional covering for future nests. Lifetime warranty on the installation.

+ -1 moreI had a terrible problem with pigeons, and the mess they were causing. At one point I counted 20 pigeons perched on my roof. Jeff is the hardest working contractor I have hired, and very reasonably priced. He not only power washed the mess off of the roof, but cleaned it up where it washed along the side of the house. The birds left the day he started working, and have not returned. Received a call from Jeff one week after service was complete to see if I was still satisfied, which I was. 10 days since service and still pigeon free!
Description of Work: Clean out nesting areas, clean bird droppings off roof, installed wire fencing material blocking the birds access to nesting areas, installed spikes, double loop wire ailing roof peak where birds sit, spikes on roof vents.

The price was very reasonable and the strategies to keep the birds off of the back roof seemed logical. Once we had a few tiles fixed on our roof, he was out the next day for installation. He power washed the roof and installed several deterrent lines and some gel in our shaded area. So far so good! I would highly recommend him.

He was prompt and kept me informed. He performed a free estimate which he explained thoroughly and answered all my questions. He explained what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how he would go about doing this. He performed the work on the same day. He did an excellent job and his work is guaranteed. After 7 years of pigeons nesting on my two story house, there is no sign that they were ever there and I am confident that they will not return! I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs to get rid of their unwanted pigeon friends.

+ 1 moreHad a problem with pigeons perching on my house, nesting, and leaving behind poop everywhere. It was disgusting. I called out a few estimates and this company got the job. I liked that they didn't want to do any trapping like the others, making it cheaper. Although they had some problems with changing phone numbers and one of their employee's having a personal emergency for my service. I was generally pleased with the work they performed. They actually straightened one of my tiles on my roof without me asking them too. I haven't had any pigeons back since and now they seem to be the neighbors' problem. The cost was a bit more than I think it should be, but I'd rather pay that then have to go on the roof myself.

+ -1 moreOverall we have found this company to be very responsive and professional. They really know their pigeon issues. The service people were friendly and easy to work with, sensitive to the unique nature of our solar situation and we were very appreciative that they thought through things we didn't think of on the front end. We would not have considered painting the mesh but it makes a nice difference. They are helpful when we call and explain a lot. We had tons of questions initially and they patiently answered every one! Note that we did do comparative shopping on this service. We looked at two other services providers and were most comfortable with Pigeon Pros specifically because they took the time to explain stuff, but also had a guarantee. We knew it wasn't going to be a one-stop installation and then they disappear on us. We were a little reticent at first because of the distance (Queen Creek to Anthem) but that has NEVER been an issue. Bottom line is that pigeons are just straight up stubborn and stupid so they don't really know when they are not welcome. Once they nest they love you forever and keep TRYING to come back. Gratefully, Pigeon Pros helps to eradicate them. We are very very happy with this company. They have been worth every dime we've paid them!
Description of Work: We've used Pigeon Pros several times and are very happy with their service. Our initial experience with them was in September 2011 when we hired them to not only trap, remove and clean-up but also install galvanized mesh around our roof-top solar panels and add stainless 3" spikes and birdwire between various points on the top of the house. Not everyone has solar panels (we have 11 sets) so much of what we spent initially was related to screening around the bottom of each to block nesting access. The nest removal & cleanup was very reasonably priced: $195.00 The balance of the job was more expensive because of the volume of screening, spikes, labor, installation & guarantee: $997.00 The guarantee included a 60-day window to come back as often as necessary to continue with removal (on new trappings) and followup cleaning, checking the installation, etc. Also, they painted the mesh screening around the bottom of the solar panels so it wouldn't be as noticeable from the street (picky HOA). It's made a HUGE difference and most of the pigeons have moved to the neighbors (sadly - not our intent - choice of the pigeons). There was an interim visit in Jan-2012 where they did additional trappings ($175 - pigeons are stubborn). And, we had them return shortly after that (Feb 2012) to add some additional spiking to some rear, upper-level windows to help continue to discourage these visitors.

He's a one man show which means he takes responsiblity, but the Pigeon business is not his only work so when I had follow up work, there was a real delay in getting him to come back out (over 45 days) for what I thought was warranty work. It was not warranty, which was fair, but his prices overall, expecially for the follow up work were high. At the end of the day his work has made a big difference in the pigeon population...darn things will never completely go away. He did a great clean up job the first time, but no clean up the second time.

The pigeons were evicted, the nest and debris were removed, and the area was covered with mesh to prevent the pigeons from returning. Pigeon Pros guarantees their work and will return if the pigeons return within a defined time period.
Description of Work: Pigeon Pros evicted the pigeon family living above the door leading from my garage to where my trash cans are stored.

+ -1 moreWe have a terrible time with pigeons here in the desert. Sometimes the babies fall out of the nest and onto the sidewalk beside the house. I?ve been fighting them for five years. I tried to get rid of them myself, but when I climbed up on the ladder, one came after me. Jeff did a professional job, installing a screen that won?t rust and can?t be seen from the street. He totally got rid of the pigeons. He also went out of his way to secure a loose concrete tile he discovered in the pigeon-fouled area.

+ -1 moreJeff was courteous, on time and my husband was able to negotiate a small discount for paying cash upon completion of the job. He cleaned up his work areas.
Description of Work: Jeff Wolf removed all debris and pressure-washed all areas where pigeons were roosting and had nests. He installed 40 lineal feet of bird spikes (Bird-B-Gone brand). He used hardware cloth as a barrier in a dormer area of the roof and also under the air conditioner (our AC is on the roof) to prevent roosting. Everything was neatly fastened. Pigeon Pros has a 2-year warranty on their work as a bird deterrent.
