Joel at Phoenix Remote and Local Computer Services was a recommendation from my daughter. I was having multiple issues with my computer (Outlook, printing, and other seemingly basic operations) and was happy to get such a knowledgeable and patient person to help my wife and I. He cleaned up three of our computers, converted our wired network to a wireless network, then added all the computers and a printer to the network. Before he left he made sure we understood what was done, walked us through how to use Outlook and taught us some basic troubleshooting steps we could perform ourselves. It was a pleasure working with him, and what I appreciated most is that he did not make us feel stupid. We will definitely be using this company again.
