It was great and perfect. They set a date and time which they were here on-time. They were clean, professional, and courteous. They did the job exactly as they said they would do. Mario and Orlando, the gentlemen I dealt with, are very friendly. It was perfect. The pricing was very competitive. I was just really pleased with their service all around.

Outstanding. Perfect. Mario came out, gave me a quote to which I agreed. Got a senior discount too. He measured the attic very exactly and his measurement showed more square footage than another highly recommended contractor. However, I opted to use Phoenix Insulation because Mario was more accurate as it inspired more confidence even though the cost was $120 more than the other contractor. In any case, The 3-man crew showed up promptly at 8:30 and completed the entire job in less than 2 hours, which included installing 4 baffles to accommodate my O'hagen vents. The also insulated the attic hatch and brought the R value to R49. They put down plastic everywhere there hose went and vacuumed after they were done. Wonderful people and wonderful job.

Called this company on Friday to get a quote for an attic inspection. They came out that Saturday and did an inspection and recommended we replace some missing insulation and add blown in insulation to help with energy efficiency. They came out that next Monday and completed the job. Very fast, friendly and reasonable priced. Highly recommended!

Overall we had a very positive experience working with Phoenix Insulation. We contacted them after receiving an energy audit from another company. We were quoted $3100 less a $750 rebate from SRP, for a $2350 total for air sealing, duct sealing, battting repair on knee wall, and attic insulation bringing the house to r-38. This seemed high and we then consulted Angie's List for other providers. Phoenix Insulation received favorable reviews. Orlando responded very quickly after we filled out the online request for information form, and Mario came by a couple of days later to provide an estimate. As best as I can can determine, it at least mirrored the above-quoted work (less the air sealing) and included increasing the insulation in the garage. Mario said that putting new fiberglass insulation (rather than cellulose) would bring the house to +r-35-40. Total square footage is ~2600 ft and the estimate was $1700. We accepted the bid and their 3-person crew came that Saturday morning at 6 am and were done by around 9 am. They were very courteous and professional throughout and showed us photos of the work after it was completed. I'm not an expert and so can't say much in terms of evaluating the details of the materials or work. And I guess time will tell regarding the difference that the new insulating makes. But, again, overall things went very smoothly with Phoenix Insulation and they provided an excellent service at a good price.

Phoenix Insulation was friendly when they came out to give us an estimate. They inspected the attic and took pictures for me to see where the insulation was needed. Their pictures confirmed what we already knew...we needed a lot of insulation. They didn't try to sell me any additional services. I was able to schedule them quickly. They took only an hour and a half to complete the job and invited us look at the work once it was completed.

Work was performed professionally and in a timely fashion at a time that was convenient for me.

I purchased online and was scheduled for the next day inspection, then two days later the insulation and duct sealing work was completed, all supplies were on hand and the work was done quickly and cleanly. Trash was hauled away.

They did not do what they were suppose to do, they didn't even go into the attic.

Besides a little snafu with the scheduling, all went well.

Orlando and his helper came out right away and gave us a quote for the entire attic. And a quote without the garage and patio. We decided to insulate the entire attic. Orlando and his helper began three days later. They put plastic over the washer and dryer. The job took about 2 1/2 hours to complete. We now have 17" of insulation throughout the entire attic.

The company's person came out, on time on the right date and went up and inspected and took pictures of our attic. He confirmed that we had no insulation at all on the east side of our home. He had great photos and said the owner would contact us by email with details including cost. Unfortunately, that never occurred. We are not happy about that. It has been about 4 months since inspection. Because of the lack of insulation, our electric bills are very high esp. with the high temps we have had. We are not looking forward to winter when, again, our electric will be high again. Perhaps we should get a second opinion from someone who will respond to us.

Great, on time to the minute, courteous, and got the job done in a timely fashion. Left the site clean and installed depth markers to show amount of material installed. Very good experience.

Hired him to check our attic insulation etc. did a complete check and only found minor things. Gave us an estimate of adding insulation as the house is 22 yrs. old and has some settlement. Was very professional and didn't try to push a sale. Would definitely call on him again.
