Phoebe's Carpet Cleaning

Phoebe rearranged her schedule to get my carpet cleaning done the day before my company arrived. She was very pleasant throughout the whole process. She cleaned my carpet with great care, going over the high-traffic areas several times to make sure they were clean. She gave me valuable advice on a couple of carpet issues and a number of other things, including ideas for entertaining my guest! As a result of this experience, I consider Phoebe to be a new friend, as well as someone I will call on for carpet cleaning in the future.

I have used her for carpet cleaning for several years. She is outstanding, and she is the best carpet cleaner that I have ever seen in my life. She is on time. Her charges are based on the size of the room, and she does not charge for added dirt. The house that I was moving into was really dirty, and she charged the same thing for a really dirty place. The price was very reasonable. I would rate her highly.

My daughter and a friend got into my Dad's oil paints and painted the carpets in my parents office. Oil paints I thought would not come out at all. I called Phoebe's carpet explained what happened she was out within a couple of days and brought special product to work on the particular oil paints that were used. She was prompt, efficient and excellent. Stains removed.

I had a specific stain from a dropped glass of red wine on my white carpet (a fairly large area), and she was able to get the stain out. There were several other small stains which have completely disappeared. I've recommended her to others already.
